Super handy app

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity so that you can get the necessary info easily. But at the same time, if you need a deeper analysis of the recording - you have lots of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts sometimes are inaccurate, but the Jiminny team seems to constantly work on it, and I've already seen lots of improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get recordings of good quality and with all the necessary instruments to make a quantitative and qualitative analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to live coach while people are on calls. The ability to create playlists for newer employees to listen to calls and have coaching workflows built into the call. The team can easily peer-review and track essential data to improve demos!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things missing from the platform. The first and most important is letting the participants know they are being recorded. This is currently missing from the platform. Sometimes the live coaching, you need to refresh before it allows you to listen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and sales analytics. The ability to diagnose calls with team members to better their approaches in certain situations. Also allows for an extra tool for training.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really useful to be able to look back on calls I did. It means I can be present during the call, focusing more on responsing to a client and less on taking notes. It's also useful to coach myself and find common themes in things I could improve on. I like getting an email with my actions after a call - really good reminder!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts aren't great and can't be relied on to read back, especially if you weren't in the meeting so need context. I don't find the call summary particularly helpful either, it seems to pick up on the less important discussions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to fully focus in calls without having to worry about taking notes, and giving me the opportunity to rewatch calls where the client shares important details

What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day to improve my skills. I can easily share some snippets with my colleague when necessary. I don't know competitors, but I think Jiminny is customer friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in French; translation is sometimes approximate, and finding a topic later in the Summary part is more complicated. The speaker's name is occasionally wrong, which makes the data incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am teaching my clients, and Jiminny helps me to improve my teaching skills. I can share with my colleague good and bad practices. It also helps me when I need to give a product feedback to my product team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has helped me keep track of my conversations and my promises to clients so that I can follow up efficiently and effectively. It's also great for call review sessions too, where we review our team calls and collaborate on how we can improve our sales skills
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand there's no way to delete calls once they've been logged. If you feel self-conscious about a call and don't want it listened to by other team members, it's hard to remove it from the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping us with our sales skills, as this has been a big focus for our development over the last months as we supercharge our sales and growth. It's also helping us track and keep our calls in one easy-to-use place

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it's the product itself - it helps our sales team a lot to:
1 - review the recoding if we need to retrieve some parts of the information
2 - do personal coaching and training. Sales leads review their team members' call and leave their comments to help them team grow.
3 - do team coaching - once per quarter we sit together, watch our peers' meetings and share feedback internally to grow together faster. Awesome team building if used correctly!
4 - onboard new people
5 - share feedback from sales to marketing and help the marketing team understand clients' pains.
6 - sync with delivery teams (in our case, Mathcing and CS).
7 - review discovery calls with early-churned customers to identify patterns and improve sales qualification process.

And in addition to the product features, we loved Jiminny's sales and Customer Success team and how engaged they are to help us achieve our goals using their tool. Highly appreciated!

Right now, not only sales but other departments in our company started using Jiminny!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I didn't meet it earlier! :))

I would also love to see the payment history on a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy helps with the sales team coaching and training. The team members are engaged and motivated to perform better.
Besides education, Jiminny helps us meet our specific quarterly Company Objectives related to:
- MEDDPICC qualification
- churn analysis (and prevention)

Best platform for coaching and call review

What do you like best about the product?
With Jiminny I am able to refer back to calls and use the numerous features to find exactly what I am looking for. It also makes it easy to coach and get coached on past calls to improve my technique and flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be a little more intuitive is the search function to find past calls. sometimes I have a hard time the exact call I am looking for when it was held by someone other than myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows me to refer back to previously held calls in an easy format and gives me the opportunity to use helpful insights without taking as much time to manually type out notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is a great tool for my personal development. Allowing me to analyse key statistics, identify key conversation topics from calls. During my early days at Planhat it helped me to ramp sooner as I could listen to top performers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of. I would have said the lack of mobile app but they've just released an app which is great. The only downside is you can't download recordings, which would be great for my commute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramping sales reps and continuous development.

Great for your commercial teams

What do you like best about the product?
The team is great and the product is super easy to use. I love the way we can use snippets to surface specific moments in a call internally or externally.
The transcripts, next steps emails and mobile app are a game-changer.
Implementing coaching frameworks and being to review calls has enabled our teams to self-coach and scale/ ramp up our teams faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some modules that don't make much sense to that are difficult to scale/ repeat such as the coaching frameworks that you can't duplicate.
The mobile app is great, but leaving bullet points comments is not possible at the moment. I am sure this can be something that the team will implement in the future.
At times, the Jiminny notetaker misbehaves and leaves the call (not possible to add the notetaker on MS Teams) but that is very much an exception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to coach my team and get insightful content on customers' pulse/ CSM value delivery to make sure the right conversations are happening at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get keywords and can send snippets to my manager. This is a great way to get better and practice. As someone who loves improving, this is a great bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the Jiminy notetaker in Zoom meetings for it to record, which is fine, but sometimes it is late or does not make it without a manual invitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manually record all my zoom calls and upload them to a google drive folder which was annoying. This is much better
