Great up and coming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is a great tool for my personal development. Allowing me to analyse key statistics, identify key conversation topics from calls. During my early days at Planhat it helped me to ramp sooner as I could listen to top performers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of. I would have said the lack of mobile app but they've just released an app which is great. The only downside is you can't download recordings, which would be great for my commute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramping sales reps and continuous development.
Great for your commercial teams
What do you like best about the product?
The team is great and the product is super easy to use. I love the way we can use snippets to surface specific moments in a call internally or externally.
The transcripts, next steps emails and mobile app are a game-changer.
Implementing coaching frameworks and being to review calls has enabled our teams to self-coach and scale/ ramp up our teams faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some modules that don't make much sense to that are difficult to scale/ repeat such as the coaching frameworks that you can't duplicate.
The mobile app is great, but leaving bullet points comments is not possible at the moment. I am sure this can be something that the team will implement in the future.
At times, the Jiminny notetaker misbehaves and leaves the call (not possible to add the notetaker on MS Teams) but that is very much an exception.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to coach my team and get insightful content on customers' pulse/ CSM value delivery to make sure the right conversations are happening at the right time.
Great way to review and improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get keywords and can send snippets to my manager. This is a great way to get better and practice. As someone who loves improving, this is a great bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the Jiminy notetaker in Zoom meetings for it to record, which is fine, but sometimes it is late or does not make it without a manual invitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manually record all my zoom calls and upload them to a google drive folder which was annoying. This is much better
Great Sales and Support Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Jiminny! They bring a sense of partnership to using the tool from implementation to seeing results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say. There isn't anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call quality and consistency, which we can see directly in conversions of leads and revenue.
Simple, intuitive and continuously evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales & CS orgs both utilize Jiminny to record, transcribe, coach and predict. It's an excellent tool for all of the above and continues to improve our processes and saves us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an evolving tool, which could be a "con" depending on your company's expectations- however, it isn't for my size team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and transcribing conversations to create call summaries. This is a help to me + my team because it usually takes 30-ish minutes to note action items and highlights.

Great tool for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it really to listen, playback and understand calls really easily. Jiminny is a valuable tool for sales enablement by helping you record, analyze, and optimize your sales calls especially for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are other tools out there in the market which do a lot more than Jiminy however the value to price paid is bang on for what it can do currently with a very comprehensive roadmap with what's to come.

Compliance, sales enablement and overall clearing visibility for the teams to understand and align eachother.
Best Sales Enablement / L&D tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a new starter this is one of the best tools for learning from your team and fast tracking your demo skills. It's easy to use and gives lots of prompts to stay on top of your deal cycles. A must have for any ambitious sales team imo!
What do you dislike about the product?
No tool is perfect but I haven't found anything I dislike yet, so can't comment on that. Great job Jiminny.

Learning and development as well as sales training

The team, support and ease of use! The managers love the coaching aspect, new starters are able to listen to previous calls, and product managers get honest feedback directly from the customer!

There is nothing to dislike about Jiminny!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny provides pipeline analysis along with touchpoints. If a deal is going stale, it's possibly due to the fact that sales have not been in contact. Jiminny allows managers and support staff to be able to try and save the deal before it gets to that point.

Jiminny is really intuitive and easy to use, it allows our team to get quick feedback on their calls and it's easy to share recordings with other team members.
After some recent product updates, The transcripts from call recordings are really accurate and make it easy to pinpoint and share important snipets from calls.
The app is also really handy for on the go call listening.

What do you dislike about the product?
Previously the call transcripts weren't very accurate but this has been updated since I've began using Jiminny. It seems the product team are constantly listening to feedback and making updates to improve the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing me to become a better sales rep by watching more of mine and my teams calls. It's really easy to share calls with our leadership who give us actionable feedback which we can implement and learn from!
