Great software for CS managers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share snippets of videos to colleagues, so you don't have to share the whole video and only the parts you need your team to watch.
Their CS team and tech support are super on it with any questions or how we can get more from the features, really great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be useful to be able to download snippets of videos, for example, if we needed it for case studies or quotes.
The only thing is that the transcription is often not accurate, so you have to watch the videos back to get a full understanding what the conversation was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing us use actual client calls for training purposes to help us improve and learn as a CS team. It allows us to go back and understand what a customer has said for clarification rather than having to ask the customer a question twice. It allows us focus on calls and not have to frantically take notes and also allows our colleagues who couldn't attend to catch up on what was missed. All in all, it has has been a game-changer for the CS and sales team in our business and is used on a daily basis by most members of those teams.

Easy to use call logging software

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and the setup was pretty quick. I liked that I didn't have to manually record my customer calls. I also appreciated that the tool could recognize internal calls and NOT record them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never really figured out how to use the Sidekick tool, but that was pretty minor in the whole scheme of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The call logging and tagging helped us to start building a library of types of calls. It's proven helpful as a knowledge base and a way to get questions answered.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share my recording with the clients I was speaking to, with the option for the link to be viewable for 1/3/longer months afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for other colleagues' recordings is not particularly intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to upload all our recordings to Vimeo in order to send it on, which was time and effort intensive. Using the link is much quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is easy to use and very helpful when you need to go back and see notes you had during a client meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is not always correct in other languages. ( in English it is always good)

It is helping me communicate face to face with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's such an intuitive platform. We are in a scale up phase and having grown our BDR team jiminny has been such a great support in coaching. The care from their post sales team is among some of the best I have ever experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. Really easy to use and get immediate value from for anyone running a sales or business development team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved on coaching and sharing best practices. As we continue to use jiminny it will allow us to have libraries of each area of calls with good examples which is extremely useful for new hires and can help us reduce ramp up time.

What do you like best about the product?
User research has never been an easier task than with Jiminny. I use Jiminny to parse through long format interviews to take out key information to reference in the research for evidence collection. It is a powerful tool that saves hours of review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a upload option to upload your own videos to be parsed. Sometimes my interviews are not done over zoom and I would love an option to go through those files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to search through the transcript for keywords is a powerful tool that saves so much time. That combined with a great sharing tool means I can do research at 5-10x the speed I used to.

What do you like best about the product?
To have real-time interaction with our manager when analyzing our calls.

To have precise data on the quality of our calls (solid points / weak points)

The transcription of calls into writing which is not accurate in the French language

Best alternative to Chorus & Gong at a reasonable cost

What do you like best about the product?
Besides, Jiminny is extremely user-friendly and intuitive for managers, there are multiple areas of Jiminny that allow me and my team to constantly use its functionality.
1. Call coaching - not only for IC's but for executives as well.
2. Product feedback for our product team when our account manager or customer support reps are talking to our customers (game saver as there is no miscommunication when passing their feedback to our product team)
3. Sharing of the call directly with the customer who on their end when a colleague could not make the call/demo, they can now view it in their own time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the transcript does not match up 100% to the speaker on the call. It is not a major issue, but that is an area I would like to see button up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily around calls being recorded and stored in a depository that any user (paying & non-paying) can access at any given time. We use the library/playlists frequently when we hire a new employee, this way they can see first hand on how to do XYZ on a call.
