Easy to use and valuable - I check it weekly as SDR Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Able to see how many Meaningful Calls our reps have a week. Also use it to coach reps!
What do you dislike about the product?
The signal is sometimes choppy, which apparently is down to a WIFI issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upskilling reps - were able to coach reps and review calls and share this knowledge with the wider team as well

Useful in helping you improve your calls. Have learnt a lot about what I do well and need to improve.

Inviting to calls can be a little fiddly (if the calendar is not automatically synched).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time as I no longer have to make notes during calls and has helped me improve on calls with clients.

The self coaching piece is great. Fantastic for listening back and reviewing calls.

Transcript can sometimes be off. Jimminy dialer/sidekick has had problems a few times which has stopped the team from making calls.

Reviewing calls to prepare/align meetings. Making dials.
Jiminny helps me keep on top of my meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Using Jiminny allows me to keep on top of my high volume of meetings and quickly sift through the notes created by the AI. The insights are super valuable for noting areas to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording search feature doesn't allow me to search quite as easily as I'd like and sometimes the transcript can get confused with some accents, but generally all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping me by recording zoom calls and meetings, and allows me to make outbound calls to foreign numbers. Keeping track of transcripts means I have to rely less on writing notes on calls.
Jimmy is a great dialler for prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcipt section the best. It is super helpful to go back and review calls, pick out certain information that you may have forgotten. I also like how it flags certain points in the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although most of the time it works completely fine, there can sometimes be a bit of a delay on the line. This doesn't impact prospecting too much though and the CS team are quick to respond when this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As above, Jimminy helps progress deals & New Business as it allows you to flag certain focus areas. It also helps with business development on the coaching tab of the platform.

The fact it allows me to share difficult conversations with the team so that they can hear it for themselves rather than through my notes.

That the rest of the teams in the wider business dont use it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the snippets of my calls to share with my directors/peers, as we use call snippets frequently for training purposes. I also love using the analytics tool, to see where I can improve my conversations - in particular my talking speed and pauses between the client speaking and my response
What do you dislike about the product?
My only slight gripe is I find it hard to just have a list of all of my calls - is there a way I can do this? It can be a bit tedious having to constantly set the timeframe for the calls I want to search, instead of literally just having a list of every single one of my calls - can feel a little clunky sometimes
Also sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to my calendar, it's quite hard to work out how to do this myself and i need to get IT to fix it

Its helping us address training in the team, we are all extremely busy and its hard for our directors/seniors to shadow calls, so this is a useful tool to do so

- Sometimes transcript isn't 100% accurate
- Playback can sometimes be slow to load, but that's as much to do with your internet connection as it is for the app to load the video
- Unable to allow users to "ghost" into a Zoom call and support your team without showing yourself to the client - this was available when you used to be able to use Jiminny to run the meeting rather than a meeting app like Zoom

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Never forget to record a call
- A central, searchable database of all of your client calls - an example of this was when a client disputed what was agreed upon in a previous call, my colleague searched for the last call with the client and found the exact snippet where it was clarified within 2 mins

We love Jiminny!
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is comparable to many of the top conversational intelligence platforms in its space with a few features that outperform others. What sets Jiminny apart is the incredible support they provide throughout the sales, onboarding, and launch process. The team has been helpful, and our teams have adopted the platform quickly (and with ease).
What do you dislike about the product?
With any early-stage company, some bugs pop up here and there. The Jiminny team has been receptive and has taken action on + resolved any bugs we have discovered throughout our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing our reps to listen back to their calls - either full transcript or comprehensive summaries, log event types back to our CRM, and engage in thoughtful training based on the type of meeting they had with their managers. Our sales and CS management can streamline their coaching, spot deal risks early, and listen back to impactful calls. The rest of our org gets free Insights licenses to listen and learn about how we are acquiring new business and retaining/growing existing business.
Brilliant system to help improve sales
What do you like best about the product?
The system was subscripted to in order to help improve and coach our staff, but actually it helped us improve onboarding and track conversations that were had over the course of the sales process and beyond
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function, if not linked to a CRM, is a little frustrating - you have to use the find feature on your PC to retrieve the correct call - this only works for booked in calls not phone calls
