Amazing Tool for Personal Improvement

The coaching and self-coaching functionality

The transcript, is not very accurate. similarly with the assigned speaker

Helps me understand how patient I am on calls, my active listening, and the mistakes I make

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is often inaccurate and doesnt do a great job of picking up all words, or knowing which caller is speaking at a given time.
Also the analytics aren't the most insightful as they're tailored to sales rather than account management.

Super easy to use, so easy to track my conversations and refer back to them when needed. And allows me to review my progress over time :)

Sometimes its a bit slow (not very often)

What do you like best about the product?
A very great application that is helpful for people working in sales calls. The fact that it records the meeting in the typed format is also outstanding. I don't know any competitors!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many factors I dislike. So far I have been enjoying using the application and all its features. I suppose some of the typing out the recordings in words features could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of recording the meetings with the sales team. This allows us to easily go back and watch other team members' recordings and it's great for training purposes.
Easy to use and valuable - I check it weekly as SDR Manager

Able to see how many Meaningful Calls our reps have a week. Also use it to coach reps!
What do you dislike about the product?
The signal is sometimes choppy, which apparently is down to a WIFI issue!

Upskilling reps - were able to coach reps and review calls and share this knowledge with the wider team as well

Useful in helping you improve your calls. Have learnt a lot about what I do well and need to improve.

Inviting to calls can be a little fiddly (if the calendar is not automatically synched).

Saves time as I no longer have to make notes during calls and has helped me improve on calls with clients.

The self coaching piece is great. Fantastic for listening back and reviewing calls.

Transcript can sometimes be off. Jimminy dialer/sidekick has had problems a few times which has stopped the team from making calls.

Reviewing calls to prepare/align meetings. Making dials.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Jiminny allows me to keep on top of my high volume of meetings and quickly sift through the notes created by the AI. The insights are super valuable for noting areas to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording search feature doesn't allow me to search quite as easily as I'd like and sometimes the transcript can get confused with some accents, but generally all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping me by recording zoom calls and meetings, and allows me to make outbound calls to foreign numbers. Keeping track of transcripts means I have to rely less on writing notes on calls.
Jimmy is a great dialler for prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcipt section the best. It is super helpful to go back and review calls, pick out certain information that you may have forgotten. I also like how it flags certain points in the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although most of the time it works completely fine, there can sometimes be a bit of a delay on the line. This doesn't impact prospecting too much though and the CS team are quick to respond when this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As above, Jimminy helps progress deals & New Business as it allows you to flag certain focus areas. It also helps with business development on the coaching tab of the platform.

The fact it allows me to share difficult conversations with the team so that they can hear it for themselves rather than through my notes.

That the rest of the teams in the wider business dont use it!
