Easy self coaching
What do you like best about the product?
The recording of calls by Jiminny allows me as an AE to listen back to my calls - either through key moments that I've highlighted in the call, or by listening to the entire call. It's provided me with an invaluable learning resource when onboarding, as I had the ability to listen to the calls of others. The integrations make my life easier with Zoom and CRM, and the ability to transcribe the call (although not always the most accurately) really helps when searching for key terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'recording' announcement can be off-putting for some customers, but once they understand why I'm recording, it's usually OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits have included time-saving (notes are transferred to CRM directly from the call notes on Jiminny), as well as increased onboarding speed, and the learnings I can take from my own calls and other's calls.

Slow loading times for recently completed calls

Voice recording analytics are great. Our team is able to analyse call metrics to enhance our overall goals.

The Jimminy tool is a fantastic resource for sales people. It allows you to listen back to calls, to review exactly what was said and communicated. It gives you the ability to receive feedback from your peers and managers, and also allows for self reflection on your calls to find areas for improvement. I

I don't really see any downsides right now with the tool.

Helps to identify areas for improvement and allows me to be a better sales person and communicator.

So many problems but also gaining so many advantages.
I've realised how great it is to review calls, especially with new starters. I can quickly log-in and diagnose real-life calls.

Great for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jiminny is that it is reasonably priced and has excellent features!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike! It's a great platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small sales team of 3 and growing. Every other sales calling center with sales engagement is for large teams and is very expensive. This system has the same features, constantly adding more features, great team, and great support.
Using Jiminny to grow a coaching culture
What do you like best about the product?
I came to Jiminny facing the problem of scaling my sales team in the middle of a pandemic.
I needed a way to ramp up SDRs remotely, get them up to speed and sales-ready as quickly as possible. Additionally with working in the office closely no longer an option, I was eager to ensure I was able to coach my team in the right areas to help improve performance.
Coaching is tough and as the only sales leader in the company, I wanted to create a culture of coaching where reps can coach themselves/each other,request feedback on calls and be able to see data on teams performance to spot coaching opportunities.
Jimminy has helped to solve all three problems.
However the above is not what I like best - the customer support is fantastic. Giuliana Ruocco our CSM and is always happy to help and go above and beyond to help us.
It shows how important customer success is to a business when the promise to get back to you on chat within a minute and we have even been inspired with some of the CS ideas to use within our own business - super impressive!

As a sales leader, it's your responsibility to coach your team. It's hard to do and Jimminy makes it much much easier.

Drilldown is sometimes incomplete in the sense it selectively chooses some calls to calculate stats.

The product is super helpful for us. All the team loves Jiminny. I want to add that the customer success team they have is more than incredible. Giuliana is always super friendly!

sometimes the platform is a bit low loading the content

I save time analyzing if we are talking about what we have to talk. With Jiminny I can be sure if the team is delivering the message correctly or not.
Jiminny - Couldn't live without it!!
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to all the team's calls on demand is fantastic. Being able to dive into any call, at any time to review, train or recap is amazing. It's such a huge asset for new starters too, being able to give them fingertip access to all calls speeds up the training process.
All my team are remote, Jiminny makes coaching them so easy and also allows them to easily self-coach.
I love the Team Insights, where I can see all my team calls, numbers, and durations makes reporting and tracking on KPIs a breeze.

Should be more of a household name...
What do you like best about the product?
From the amazing customer support/success we receive from our dedicated point of contact (Tallia) to the caring and extremely smart founders, it's no surprise Jiminny has grown over the past few years. If someone is looking for a reliable video conferencing and sales enablement platform that is better than all the other bigger names, Jiminny is the way to go. If feeling like you're part of a family and want your feedback to matter, you'd be smart to sign up with Jiminny. Keep crushing it!

We've been with Jiminny for 4+ years now and I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the new world of being remote, it's more important than ever to have the tools in place to analyze and identify areas of opportunity. Visibility is key, and Jiminny offers this and more. Since doubling down on Jiminny, we've been able to do what we initially thought was impossible; run a successful sales machine fully remote.
