Great Tool and Stellar Client Support
What do you like best about the product?
The support the whole team provided when necessary. They are able to address and solve any issues I have faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constancy of the bot arrival in the meeting. It can either arrive on time or slightly late to never join in. But it seems to be improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights when training with my team. Jimminy allows us to pinpoint and focus on certain areas of the calls to work together to improve either sale techniques or addressing difficult questions clients brings up.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The automatically noted scripts don't match way too often with the speech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client conversations - it's much better to have this tool running in the background than typing constantly important information. Also, it's a great tool when onboarding new colleagues too so that shadowing can be done through JIminny as well and not only live.

What do you like best about the product?
How well it integrated with other softwares i.e. Salesforce. It works smoothly and allows me to recording and analysis all calls with no stress
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the need to manually update the call after can be too time-consuming and I lack the time to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
The call recording and automatic note-taking is spot on. I now don't need to scrabble around taking notes that are all over the place. Thanks to Jiminny my notes are now all in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system doesn't recognise the way I say "Linnworks" - but maybe that's more of a me problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in sales, it's key we record conversations so we can refer back to commercial conversations we have had, Jiminny ensures we have an audit trail of our conversations
Easy self coaching
What do you like best about the product?
The recording of calls by Jiminny allows me as an AE to listen back to my calls - either through key moments that I've highlighted in the call, or by listening to the entire call. It's provided me with an invaluable learning resource when onboarding, as I had the ability to listen to the calls of others. The integrations make my life easier with Zoom and CRM, and the ability to transcribe the call (although not always the most accurately) really helps when searching for key terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'recording' announcement can be off-putting for some customers, but once they understand why I'm recording, it's usually OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits have included time-saving (notes are transferred to CRM directly from the call notes on Jiminny), as well as increased onboarding speed, and the learnings I can take from my own calls and other's calls.

Slow loading times for recently completed calls

Voice recording analytics are great. Our team is able to analyse call metrics to enhance our overall goals.

The Jimminy tool is a fantastic resource for sales people. It allows you to listen back to calls, to review exactly what was said and communicated. It gives you the ability to receive feedback from your peers and managers, and also allows for self reflection on your calls to find areas for improvement. I

So many problems but also gaining so many advantages.
I've realised how great it is to review calls, especially with new starters. I can quickly log-in and diagnose real-life calls.

Great for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jiminny is that it is reasonably priced and has excellent features!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike! It's a great platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small sales team of 3 and growing. Every other sales calling center with sales engagement is for large teams and is very expensive. This system has the same features, constantly adding more features, great team, and great support.
Using Jiminny to grow a coaching culture
What do you like best about the product?
I came to Jiminny facing the problem of scaling my sales team in the middle of a pandemic.
I needed a way to ramp up SDRs remotely, get them up to speed and sales-ready as quickly as possible. Additionally with working in the office closely no longer an option, I was eager to ensure I was able to coach my team in the right areas to help improve performance.
Coaching is tough and as the only sales leader in the company, I wanted to create a culture of coaching where reps can coach themselves/each other,request feedback on calls and be able to see data on teams performance to spot coaching opportunities.
Jimminy has helped to solve all three problems.
However the above is not what I like best - the customer support is fantastic. Giuliana Ruocco our CSM and is always happy to help and go above and beyond to help us.
It shows how important customer success is to a business when the promise to get back to you on chat within a minute and we have even been inspired with some of the CS ideas to use within our own business - super impressive!
