Game-Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
At first, I thought we were getting Jiminny to help us with sales call recording and stats. Instead, we ended up getting much more. Jiminny is now powering better decision making across our organization. In short, what Jiminny has done was to take customer and prospect calls out of the single-use category of point-in-time conversations to a rich resource that is shared across the organization in so many different and powerful ways. It's a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
We were an early user and ran into some bugs. That said, the Jiminny team was both available and responsive to get them resolved in short order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales uses it for call recording, coaching and optimization. Marketing uses it for message impact, competitive analysis, and case studies. Customer Success uses it for call recording, support escalations, coaching and process refinement. Product Management uses it for prospect and customer reactions, use case analysis, and new feature feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We had reviewed a number of products before we chose Jiminny. We are glad we made the decision we did.

What do you like best about the product?
Coaching features, SF integration, cost effective
What do you dislike about the product?
no inbound calling to laptop, can be slow to load, outcomes on our dashboard, ways to recognize inbound calls to cell as jiminny related, On Demand "duration "options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching has been much smoother. Helps with the WFH atmosphere.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many new features and enhancements Jiminny is adding all the time. I also especially love the themes, key moments, and scorecards. I have made a personal objective for the quarter of driving more activity within Jiminny from my sales team and I am already noticing improvements in skill level and consistency. Rep are able to playback their own calls, request coaching, or watch calls from their peers and leave comments and encouragement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still waiting on the MS Teams integration but I've been told it should be coming soon, and the reporting is currently pretty basic but I joined the beta team to test out some of the improvements they are making to the reporting module this quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't imagine running or coaching a sales team without some sort of conversation analytics tool. It helps tremendously with onboarding new reps, and to provide consistent coaching to the team so we can up level together and scale the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny automatically record and transcribes all my outbound calls and Zoom meetings. This saves loads of time, allows me to listen back to calls, and share them with other members of the team. Its an awesome bit of kit, and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, there online support team are very helpful too on the odd occasion I've got stuck looking to updates some options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and transcribing calls and video calls. Big time savings, and ability to share knowledge around the organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are making lots of call or have lots of zoom sessions with 3rd parties, I highly recommend it.

The support Jiminny offer is beyond world class.
They constantly make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. In addition, unlike their competitors, they really listen and are constantly improving the platform based on real customer feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - what Tom, Shelley, Scott, Bekkie and the team continue to deliver is perfect. Don't change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has been invaluable, particularly this year with the sales team working remotely. It has allowed us to keep control of our quality of output, onboard new staff efficiently and sustain a level of collaboration that I never thought was possible.

Our team has benefited from the acquisition of Jiminny, it has meant an improvement in communication, not only between team members, but also mostly with our clients, we have liked how easy it is to contact Jiminny's support team and the quality of the attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first we encountered some complications with remote access, which we were able to resolve with Jiminny's support team.

Jiminny has helped us grow as a sales organization. It is a highly effective tool for conducting meetings, and it has allowed us to record calls for analysis and improvement, and thus offer a better service to our clients. We have also benefited from its integration with other tools to make the most of their resources for the company.

Jiminny's extremely straight forwards to record calls and to conduct video conferences with.

I feel the last update is a bit over kill, I preferred the more stripped back appearance and system.

We use jiminny to record calls, and conduct internal and internal meetings.

It really does lag when you are trying to have video or talk with clients. I often find myself talking over clients. This is not just due to my bandwidth as it isn't an issue on other platforms such as Zoom.
