Valuable Sales Sidekick!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily use the playback function to quickly highlight areas of improvement; summarize pains/challenges discussed in meetings; send the meeting recording very easily - and self-coach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot translate this text as it is already in English.

Fantastic platform for call/meeting recording, transcribing and reviewing
What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy is fantastically reliable as a tool to record phone calls and Teams calls, seemlessly integrating with apps like Aircall and Hubspot. It provides strong insights into each call and makes searching for specific moments very easy with the transcript search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics on the right hand panel of each call, on stats such as talk:listen ratio, words per minute etc are nicely colour coded based on margin of error from the ideal. But there is no reference in this section showing what ideal looks like. You have to navigate quite far into other sections of the platform to find the ideal metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to track sales agent performance and behaviours on sales calls. Suggesting improvements. Enabling easy referencing for past calls by searching key words in the transcript.

Very useful for referring back to, to see which actions both parties have agreed to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe not a Jiminny issue but if someone declines the recording consent after the meeting has started then the recording is lost. Would be nice if a warning or something popped up to alert of this

Review of call processes, reviewing meetings and providing notes
I like Jiminny - it makes work easier.

It keeps a log of what has been said which is so helpful to be able to go back a revisit, especially if someone is questioning something that has been said.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes record things wrong, but this is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If someone is questioning what was said, or even saying something was said when it was not - there is a concise log!
Great call reviewing software
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for reviewing calls as well as getting summaries and mutual action plans at the end. Also a big fan of the live call listening and coaching

Not many negatives so far, little bit of lag when loading calls sometimes

Able to listen into calls and get instant feedback from peers and managers on how to improve

Easy to use and helps when keeping up with students progress the AI is great!

Call Transcription Accuracy: Like many voice-to-text platforms, transcription isn’t always perfect.

Makes note taking easy and helps me go back an see how i can improve when speaking to students

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI tool is super helpful. You can ask questions in regular language about the call and it accurately responds based on the context of the call. The notetaker joins my meetings automatically, very rarely having problems joining. It just works, and I don't have to think about it much.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there's nothing specific I don't like. A little while back the video quality was a bit bad, but it seems this is fixed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be a tool for us for coaching purposes, but now it's become much more than that. Thanks to the new AI features, it helps us analyse the call faster, uncover risks not noticed in the call, helps ensure no action items are forgotten, and even helps draft emails based on the context of the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has become a really useful part of how we work as a commercial team. We use it daily to record and review sales calls, and it helps us stay aligned, spot opportunities to improve, and share useful insights across the team.
The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to find what you need, whether that’s a specific moment in a call or trends across conversations. I’ve used it in two roles now and was keen to bring it into Spotted Zebra because of the value it brings early on.
If I had to pick one thing that stands out, it’s the impact it’s had on coaching. Being able to review calls together, highlight good practice, and identify areas to improve has made a noticeable difference to how we develop as a team.

There’s honestly nothing I’d call a negative. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and adds value from day one. I think it would be useful to have custom AI generated templates for the call summary - changing the format of how the transcript is summarised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny solves the problem of lost insights and inconsistent coaching across sales teams. By capturing every call and giving us a simple way to review and learn from them, it ensures we’re always improving and never guessing. It’s helped us onboard new team members faster, identify what works in our conversations, and spot risks early in the sales cycle. It’s also a brilliant way to share customer voice and feedback internally, which is invaluable for product and marketing alignment.

Simple to navigate, and our team implemented Jiminny in less than two months. AI functionality is a game changer for saving time in follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet, the transition from Gong was very smooth.

Time spent following up with prospects and re-reviewing key deals.
