Absolutely amazing tool for recording and learning management
What do you like best about the product?
1. Real-Time Coaching
* Live prompts during calls (e.g., "Ask more discovery questions")—great for junior reps.
* Integration with other softwares or transferred over.
2. Competitive Intelligence
* Tracks how often competitors are mentioned in calls—helps refine battle cards.
3. Customizable Playbooks
* Upload best-practice scripts; AI scores reps against them. Really love this feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Primarily optimized for English; accents (e.g., heavy Indian/British) sometimes misread.
* Sometimes it’s not quite stable, but also not sure if it’s my network’s issue.
* Price: price might be high, I'm not the buyer and according to other colleagues that the price is not that competitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recording and learning/coaching, it's really best for international teams as team members have different time zones, but leveraging Jiminny it allows me more ease to learn and catch up on everything, it's really intuitive and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Jimminy automatically transcribes calls. It makes it so much easier to review conversations and keep track of important details. This feature has been a huge time-saver for our team!

I sometimes had issues accessing Jimminy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy solves the problem of having to manually take notes during calls or rely on memory after meetings. By automatically transcribing calls, it makes it easy to review conversations, track follow-ups, and share important information with the team. This has improved our accuracy, saved us a lot of time, and made it much easier to keep everyone aligned on next steps.

Jiminny makes it easy to review sales calls, extract key insights, and coach teams effectively. I love how intuitive the interface is and how quickly I can find specific moments in conversations.

i like everything, its the most usefull tool in my work

Jiminny helps me analyze customer calls to better understand needs, objections, and technical challenges. This improves how I tailor solutions and shortens our sales cycle.

Jiminny is helping me record and get actionable insights from clients. This makes it so I don't need to actively be writing notes when speaking with a client.

when you create a playlist you have to add viewers instead of anyone on my team being able to see it on their own

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily use the playback function to quickly highlight areas of improvement; summarize pains/challenges discussed in meetings; send the meeting recording very easily - and self-coach.

Fantastic platform for call/meeting recording, transcribing and reviewing
What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy is fantastically reliable as a tool to record phone calls and Teams calls, seemlessly integrating with apps like Aircall and Hubspot. It provides strong insights into each call and makes searching for specific moments very easy with the transcript search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics on the right hand panel of each call, on stats such as talk:listen ratio, words per minute etc are nicely colour coded based on margin of error from the ideal. But there is no reference in this section showing what ideal looks like. You have to navigate quite far into other sections of the platform to find the ideal metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to track sales agent performance and behaviours on sales calls. Suggesting improvements. Enabling easy referencing for past calls by searching key words in the transcript.
