I Love Jiminny
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and helps when keeping up with students progress the AI is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Call Transcription Accuracy: Like many voice-to-text platforms, transcription isn’t always perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes note taking easy and helps me go back an see how i can improve when speaking to students

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI tool is super helpful. You can ask questions in regular language about the call and it accurately responds based on the context of the call. The notetaker joins my meetings automatically, very rarely having problems joining. It just works, and I don't have to think about it much.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there's nothing specific I don't like. A little while back the video quality was a bit bad, but it seems this is fixed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be a tool for us for coaching purposes, but now it's become much more than that. Thanks to the new AI features, it helps us analyse the call faster, uncover risks not noticed in the call, helps ensure no action items are forgotten, and even helps draft emails based on the context of the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has become a really useful part of how we work as a commercial team. We use it daily to record and review sales calls, and it helps us stay aligned, spot opportunities to improve, and share useful insights across the team.
The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to find what you need, whether that’s a specific moment in a call or trends across conversations. I’ve used it in two roles now and was keen to bring it into Spotted Zebra because of the value it brings early on.
If I had to pick one thing that stands out, it’s the impact it’s had on coaching. Being able to review calls together, highlight good practice, and identify areas to improve has made a noticeable difference to how we develop as a team.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly nothing I’d call a negative. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and adds value from day one. I think it would be useful to have custom AI generated templates for the call summary - changing the format of how the transcript is summarised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny solves the problem of lost insights and inconsistent coaching across sales teams. By capturing every call and giving us a simple way to review and learn from them, it ensures we’re always improving and never guessing. It’s helped us onboard new team members faster, identify what works in our conversations, and spot risks early in the sales cycle. It’s also a brilliant way to share customer voice and feedback internally, which is invaluable for product and marketing alignment.
Simple to use and excellent AI functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to navigate, and our team implemented Jiminny in less than two months. AI functionality is a game changer for saving time in follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet, the transition from Gong was very smooth.

Time spent following up with prospects and re-reviewing key deals.

It records and separates the data of my calls and helps me know exactly where I need to go when looking for coaching or needing reminders. It integrates perfectly with my CRM and auto updates meeting outcome stages for me.

Finding calls without having to do a search

Note taking, data categorization, and it helps me focus on the call and the client and not taking the notes.
Jimminy is great for self-dev and watching calld back.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love there to be a voice note feature on the coaching function so reps can hear my tone when delivering feedback.

Finding the right calls, at the right time to listen to.
Good service and very intuitive

Easy to use and easy to intergrate. The ask jiminny feature is great for drawing analysis out of calls and good for self coaching

Sometimes the service can go down but expected with all software platforms
