Squid proxy is a great free tool for this service
What do you like best about the product?
It is free and it works well. The learning curve is minimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a GUI but it is not all that bad to work with text files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a way to proxy internet traffic for specific purposes such as having servers (that are blocked from direct internet traffic) use it to get to specific internet sites.
