Hi, Since we can not reproduce the issue, if you still have the issue on your server, please create a ticket to support@litespeedtech.com, and one of the support engineers will help you from there.

Hi, Could you provide more information and steps to reproduce the email access issue so we can help you? Since it's an image, we should be able to reproduce the issue that you have. I just launched a CyberPanel server and tried to reproduce it without any issues. Here are my steps: 1. Set up a website, and applied SSL to the MailServerSSL. 2. Create an email account with the newly created website 3. Open the Access Webmail, which will redirect you to https://server_IP:8090/snappymail/index.php, log in with the account/password 4. Then Send a new message to my other email, and it just works.
