Valuable Insights, But Limited Traffic Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Love the tools to analyze site content and hone down on user sessions for real time site usability and identifying bugs. I also love the amount of webinars and trainings that Contentsquare offers on a regular basis. The support that these provide is so valuable and opens my mind to new ways to analyze data from my sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of traffic being analyzed. I wish I could see more traffic analyzed or at the least have disclaimers throughout the platform for the amount of traffic that is being analyzed. Data is still relevant with less traffic, but it's good to keep it in check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate Contentsquare's attention to detail and constant effort for improvement. I'm always hearing a new update has rolled out and any time I have opened an issue ticket, I hear back within the same day. Focus on AI improvements is exciting to see and finding new support for analyses is great!

Session replays allow us to observe exactly what the user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error analysis is challenging because we cannot clearly determine whether the errors are actually affecting the website's performance. There is uncertainty about the real impact of these errors.

With Contentsquare analysis, we are able to enhance our website's user experience by leveraging various types of insights provided by the platform. This allows us to make informed improvements tailored to user behavior and needs.
In-Depth User Insights Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Contentsquare for its ability to provide in-depth on-site analysis specifically for eCommerce websites. The setup and onboarding process was seamless, thanks to a knowledgeable Customer Success Manager who ensured everything was implemented correctly without any challenges. I really value how Contentsquare allows me to clearly understand customer behavior on our site, showing what they do and how they do it. This insight enabled us to identify and address a high bounce rate from Google Shopping users by running an A/B test on a new feature, which we verified through Contentsquare to have a positive impact. The features such as zoning, page comparator, impact analysis, and journey analysis are particularly valuable as they help in assessing customer behavior and understanding the impact of changes on performance. Contentsquare's analytical insights have been beneficial in informing decisions that enhance our eCommerce performance.

Powerful Insights and Support, But Needs Smoother Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare offers essential features such as journey maps and session replays, among others, which help facilitate the interactions users have with our sites. The platform excels at making complex data both actionable and easily accessible. Contentsquare works effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, and marketing, and it does not require users to be analytical experts. The program brings together all elements of journey mapping, combining customer behavior, feedback, and performance into a single, cohesive component. Additionally, the Contentsquare support team is highly resourceful, providing clear and helpful feedback that benefits customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentsquare lacks performance smoothness, more so when dealing with advanced analytics and heavy integrations

ContentSquare Makes User Analytics Simple for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare helps us to understand digital behaviour, It helps in taking something that could be really technical like analysing user journeys and interactions and turns it into something anyone can use. There is no need to be a data analyst to see what's working and where people get stuck on a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say as per my experience with it, there is nothing to dislike i have found here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare helps in solving problems of which we faces related to understand and improve our digital experience. Earlier we were struggling to see where exactly users are getting frustrated or dropping off on a website or app like if its a slow loading page , an unresponsive button and a confusing layout. ContentSquare helps in uncovering these points of frictions by visualizing how people are use to actually interact with digital journeys.
Powerful Tools and Great Insights. Sometimes, usability and Technical Issues Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The data it offers, along with the insights you can obtain, are both quick and adaptable to nearly any scenario you might need. I appreciate how easily the information can be tailored to fit a wide range of situations. The customer service and support teams are great, they are very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find the modules to be less than user-friendly, and I frequently encounter technical issues, especially as AI becomes more integrated into the tools. I often have to log in repeatedly just to get the platform functioning properly. Additionally, obtaining the information we need for tracking and KPIs can be challenging, particularly when our pages are set up in complex ways. The recommendations provided are often too technical and require a lot of manual effort to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides us with data that we can't find anywhere else. It allows us to dive deep into our analysis and uncover many areas for improvement, as well as issues on our site that we weren't even aware of.
Great tool for analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
Contentquare is a key enabler to determine useful insight for our website. We are able to delve into the end to end customer journey and discover painpoints and successes. There are lots of features which can help story telling with journey analysis, zoning, funnel analysis and more. Segments can be created their performance summarised with the use of AI in their tool which is really helpful, makes analysis easy and saves plenty of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Contentsquare for a number of years and have looked into a numerous of A/B tests. I would like to see Contentsquare better cater for A/B test analysis and be able to compare multiple variants at the same time.

End to end user frustrations and opportunity analysis.
Not everything is numbers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way this tool allows you to mix quantitative and qualitative data in order to achieve a complete analysis for your business, because if you know how data analysis works, you know that everything isn't numbers

Sometimes I find difficult learning to get the maximum from some modules like the journey analysis or the error analysis

When an error is happening in the website, I can see live how the user beahaves and I am able to find the cause of other problems related
