Powerful and visual tool for your customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from being a powerful and visual tool i appreciate the community, guide/help center and CSM that you get as an extra to the tool. This is something i haven't experienced with other similar tools. That is something that enhance your analysis and gets you to dig further than you normally would do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get settled in the tool. Which can be somewhat frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualising bigger data that previously would have taken far more time and effort to put in a "simple" report. Also the way segmenting and comparing is done, its easier to see good vs bad in one image.

Phenomenal Tool, Phenomenal Support!

What do you like best about the product?
The support received from the ContentSquare team is phenomenal, especially Maxime Cacaly. Max goes over and above for our team and our business, always ready and excited to help us problem solve and get the best bang for ou buck from this phenomenal tool. We've had a lot of new starters in our team and the onboarding has been smooth as silk thanks to the one-on-one training time as well as the always-on ContentSquare University which has a plethora of easy-to-digest courses. The community is one of my favorite features as well, when in doubt Google it on CS Community. Turns out I am never the only one asking something and there are so many ways to get an answer. Overall, as someone who was addicted to HotJar I am even more so with ContentSquare. The data gathered and problems solved has saved us time and energy while optimising for trade and effectiveness. I spend most of my time at work on this tool solving problems quickly, without it I would be spending hours just gathering data to try start the problem solving. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continuous updates that are made to the platform are great, but (the infamous but) they are very frequent and sometimes without warning. Without any post-release feedback or information, it's a struggle to try and figure out what the update was that was made and what the benefits are. Some features have broken ContentSquare reporting making it less accurate and trustworthy, this is super frustrating when CS is the bedrock for reporting and problem solving.

Incredibly Valuable Tool

What do you like best about the product?
With Contentsquare, we are able to understand user behavior on our website greater detail and precision than we ever could before. And, contentsquare has a wide variety of reports and views, so we are able to answer so many types of questions. For example, page usage, impact of elements on conversion rates or revenue, journey analysis, etc.

Also, I have to callout how amazing their customer success and customer support teams are! They are very proactive, fast to respond, amazing to work with, and very knowledgeable. They really helped my team be successful within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is pretty steep and learning curve takes some time. But, it is what you would expect from a tool this powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is helping us find and isolate both technical and conversion issues. Without CS, we had very limited visibility into what our site visitors did, where they went, what problems they had, how often those problems occured, etc. With CS, we know all of this and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Session replays are a goldmine. Not only for observing user behaviour but also to identify frustrating bugs in production.

Journey analysis and zoning is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky and slow. Integration setup and defining mappings can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics with session replays allow us to better match quantitative data with qualitative.

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis features are amazing, Journay, Zoning and Session Replay are a must.
The customer success people are nice and patient, support is incredibly good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process could be tricky in some aspects, but releases are always making it easier and more friendly

CS is helping identifying issues in navigation and better estrapolate and understand A/B testing results

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsqaure allows you to find invaluable insights into how users behave on your site, allowing decisions, changes & tests to be data-driven across the business.

The tool allows you to really dig deep into your web analytics, finding areas of frustration that users are experiencing, content that is working really well but currently not seen by many users, etc.

Contentsquare allows you to build a deeper understanding of user journeys & once the information has been digested, the key findings & metrics are easy to report to the wider business.

The support team at Contentsquare are fantastic as well, we always feel we are able to go to them with questions & advice. Alongside excellent training videos & webinars to look forward to from industry-leading experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike by any means, but when first using the tool it can feel quite overwhelming & slightly alienating at first, especially for team members who haven't had much experience with data & analysis.

However, there are training modules which help to build upon understanding & how to make the most out of the tool.

The tool can be buggy at times, in particular when using CS Live from personal experience. Although I must say these issues seemed more present last year than this year thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping highlight any frustrations factors or pain points that our customers experience. This then in turn, allows us to make optimisations in the form of A/B tests or changes to the site in order to provide a seemless experience for customers, as well as an uplift to conversion rate.

Contentsquare also allows us to help elimiate the power/weight that opinions hold in the business as well, by being able to analyse how customers actually behave & to provide data at every point, across departments in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare provides a unique way of visualising user behavior that makes identifying customer pain points during their journey much easier.
Installing the tracking is simple and their customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the export options can be a bit clunky, and tools that you'd think would be included given the price of the licence are typically paid for extras.

One Of The Best Analysis Tools Ever - perfect both for beginners and experts

What do you like best about the product?
It's the perfect tool to analyse any kind of insight you need. The powerful feature that crosses it entirely is that it's 100% customizable but it can also be pretty autonomous and it gives you many information. You can use it daily or monthy, it depends just on your purpose. Of course, the more you use it the more it helps you understand issues and opportunities on your website. There's also a dedicated part on CS University that's perfect for beginners - and more skilled programs for experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! The tool is great, the Community is great, the Support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps me to deep dive in many problems I've noticed but cannot solve by myself. The tool gives you both raw data, qualitative and quantitative support, live sessions and much more. 100% recommended not just for ecommerce user but for many others.
