Amazing product for the price!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple use and rich feature set! The ease of use is very welcoming to non-IT users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support can be a little hard to reach sometimes. All services work as intended though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for external customers to drop us large files and for us to share files out securely.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast easy spin up of new connections, very nice and user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple price increases over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling data from various tms system exports into our SQL environment in order to spin up fast PowerBI dashboards.

Great Cloud FTP service
What do you like best about the product?
The webhooks are awesome. A great way for us to automate a lot of our business processes. Our customers securely upload their files and the outbound webhooks call our server to immediately handle and process those files. Works smoothly and quickly everytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a great experience since we implemented using their cloud SFTTP solution and I don't have any negatives at this time. I haven't had to reach out to support once in the two years we have been using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a secure ftp cloud service instead of hosting our own saves us time and money. Automating business processes utilizing webhooks has also allowed switching focus from managing document uploads to other areas of our business. We know we can trust that our FTP solution is secure and reliable.

Easy to configure, easy to automate. Easy to set up multiple user logins.

New price is a bit high. Still a customer.

Allows customers to upload data to me and provides a place I can place files for clients to download.

Ease of configuration, flexibility, cloud-based solution that enables us to quickly establish sftp services with internal data systems and third parties.

we need to swap files with internal/external systems. Otherwise, filesharing is accomplished with user-based collaboration tools, this service excels at extending systems for integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really simple to use, once you create your admin account, and register your domain if you prefer, the system is simple and easy to get up and running quickly.
Smooth Secure FTP Solution in the Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
We have had our FTP server On-Premises since the beginning. And we had so many issues, we spent so much time with it. But now we have been using ExaVault since 2017 and we never had a single issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now? Nothing to dislike on ExaVault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we had to implement secure connections, It was already implemented! I didn't spend a single minute implementing it.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive support staff with very little downtime. Easy to configure for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind so far. They seem to have all the basis covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a secure way to FTP files that would experience limited downtime. This has suited our needs for years. We do not need to maintain our own sFTP server.

Easy to use and connect. Easy to have 3rd parties gain access.

Intergrating with legacy systems not easy, but this is a minor issue

Sharing data between multiple external vendors to aggregate data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hits all the requirements we had at a comparable price point. Needed fully cloud based and easy to use, and that's what we got.
Always available, easy user management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the reliability of the ExaVault platform. Integration with our support website makes the experience of uploading diagnostic data frim our customers a seamless experience. We also require that all users have privatized folders, which we easily manage control through ExaVault's management portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. FTP client documentation is thorough, and Exavault's engineers are willing to work with us to ensure our integrations are seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely heavily on ExaVault's platform in order for clients to upload diagnostic data, which can be sizeable, This eliminates the need for us to otherwise store and manage these files locally on our laptops/internal servers.

Exavault is so easy to use and its easy for my clients to use also, at the same time it meets GDPR requirments

I wish it had an app as I would like to be able to access on the go.

If you want an easy to use file storage that complies with data security regulations that is at a reasonable price point you should definitely look at Exavault
