Exavault provides an easy to use cloud SFTP service
What do you like best about the product?
The Web UI functionality is intuitive and allows for easy user management
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Exavault had the functionality to automatically remove files of a certain age.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner SFTP file drops that are then imported into our data warehouse. File sharing with the organization
Awesome service, super easy to use and scales nicely
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily share files securely with teams and clients. The interface is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it meets all expectations. I honestly cant think of a feature it does not support that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A fast and easy way to securely share files with specific people. Sharefile and other services do not integrate into website as easily.
Exavault made FTP simple enough for anyone to use

The clear user and permissions set up process
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users have trouble logging in, but not sure why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving our FTP off our servers was a great way to simply access and increase secutity
Great program - ExaVault
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. There are few keystrokes when creating a folder, uploading documents, and sharing information. Also very handy to have a simple option for others to upload documents to you. There has not been a single instance when someone had difficulty either uploading documents for me, or retrieving documents I sent to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, its worked beautifully even when working remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. There was only one time I did experience an issue with the program, I was able to call and speak to someone, who assisted and resolved the issue immediately.
Great solution for cloud FTP
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited users with certain plans. ease of access, API option
What do you dislike about the product?
Better search options. missing function to automatically delete old content.

Needed a customer-facing FTP solution.

What do you like best about the product?
They helped me set up an FTP when I had zero ideas what an FTP was but needed it for software integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been great. Can not think of anything bad so far.

We reied to get feeds to the right place for almost a year. After talking with ExaVault they took the words I didn't understand and set up a solution to get the information to the correct places.

What do you like best about the product?
Works really well. I like the admin UI because it allows our less technical people to create users, set shares etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would allow setting up custom ssl certificates. Problem is if you use a custom domain name then the ssl certificate is for their domain name. Still valid cert, just people will get a warning which scares less technical people.

Provide upload storage space for product feeds for business partners

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for United Printing as well as the customer!

Don't really have anything I dislike for what we use it for.

Easy access for our customers to upload and download files from both ends.

Very easy to use if you need to Transfer files in a hurry.
Maximum functionality in a simple-to-use format

It's very quick and easy to set up ExaVault shares on demand, the tutorial videos help new users get up to speed very fast

We haven't found anything that we dislike with ExaVault

Transmittal of secure documents between customers and our department with very little overhead effort
