What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and exchange files via a secure FTP. Highly recommend for any size business that wanted to send large sized items across to other teams and severs knowing they will be protected from hackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely cheaper options out there, but for the most part, you get the best bang for your buck with a secure file transfer software like this. Highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software gives us a way to send and receive sensitive files quickly and efficiently.

Know that they will get a quality service for protecting important files during the transfer process.

Always up no one is needed to manage the cloud server.

Not customizable. Hard to get support when needed
