Simple but powerful file transfer cloud storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
The web portal interface is simple to use, including new user setup. Truly the best thing about ExaVault is the simplicity of everything. Other services have additional features, but for our simple use-case, ExaVault has been perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't require that many users, but the base tier doesn't give you much. Otherwise, there wasn't much to dislike and found all the feature helpful and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a secure file transfer service for our clients to drop large, important files. Many clients prefer FTP, so ExaVault was the best of both worlds, and we were able to meet any file transfer needs.

The dynamic view of the complete storage management which is usually complex to move around is made so easy with exvault.

The best tool for file sharing from external clients
What do you like best about the product?
The best part in exavault is we can have easy access to every client to upload data and that too in the most secure way. The best part is we can easily access the files to our servers at best speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should probably have some better way to delete multiple files at a time. Also sometimes we are having network disruptions for no reason. Apart from that everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving us the problem of having centralized place to store the files and access files to our systems without any downtime n all.
It's been a seamless and flawless system for me since at least 2015
What do you like best about the product?
Hassle free. Easy UI. Multiple logins that I can control is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some customer service issues in the distant past and hours were limited. I have not had an issue in a while.

Secure FTP for a fortune 500 client. They trust the security and that is saying a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite part about Exavault is that aside from being a very solid platform, you can reach an actual person when you need something. Our biggest issue trying to get a sftp solution was security and compliance (We are a bank), not that other platforms don't have it, but there was no one to get us the answers that we need.
Exavault's API is the best part, they built it to do everything their UI does. It enabled us to tightly integrate the platform to the point where most of our users never realize they are using a service.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a while, I could not get multiple webhook instances setup due to the plan we were on, we ended up upgrading for the same cost after asking about it. There is also no granular options for requiring MFA, we had to cut all users over at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exavault gives us a single platform to facilitate customer uploads via SFTP or UI. We are able to fully manage their platform from within our product using the API

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Very secure. Easy to manage. Very fast. Everything you would look for in a FTP services.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside. If something is not working, I will just report to their support team. They fixed the problem very quickly. So, I really didn't have any issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Fullfills our need for a semi-private share for our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
When publishing a share for an end user to upload a file, the labeling for the link is unclear.
On occasion i have sent multiple links to a share that did not contain an upload drrop zone or upload prompt

When sharing files, it is very convient to send aa link. Some users are not very computer savvy and keeping simple expedites the transaction

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Good tech support. Not too expensive. Overall a good fit for us. Great Technical Support.

Can't think of anything here. This product meets our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal with sensitive data. ExaVault gives us the security we need. Our partners require U.S.A. based secure file transfers. Exavault fits the bill.
It just works, perfectly, without any problems or intervention required
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily needed some cloud storage where suppliers could read files I have placed there, and vice versa: suppliers place stock availability files on our ExaVault account for our systems to read and make use of. This is all via a cron job, so a good API and reliable SFTP access was essential. Exavault ticked both those boxes and hasn't given me a single issue in years. Communication with regard to API changes has been only what was necessary and everything that was necessary, so I have a clear timescale for my dev roadmap and know what needs to be done (and the timescale for moving off legacy API calls is generous, too).
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, none - it has done what we wanted and never given me a headache, which is more than I can say for a lot of cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a requirement for suppliers to supply us data files via SFTP which we then hoover into our systems using API calls, and also the reverse, where we upload files to ExaVault via API for suppliers to access via SFTP. Because this is all automated there is no manual downloading to be done, and similarly our suppliers just have to set up a cron job to upload to us via SFTP credentials that we supply.

The support is responsive, the stability of the service since the change of infrastructure

The UI, especially the pour search performances and filtering.
