Unified Global Payroll with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy working with the Papaya Global team. They are extremely supportive and always open to arranging meetings with the in-country team to discuss upcoming changes, which helps me better understand what’s required of me. I appreciate having a dedicated country partner and an excellent account manager who is always available to help and investigate issues whenever needed. Overall, it’s a great team to work with. The platform is easy to manage once you understand the workflow, and I’m very satisfied with the service they provide. They are reliable, and there has never been an issue with people getting paid on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am generally happy with the service Papaya Global provides, and the platform is easy to manage once you understand the required steps. When I first started using it, I faced some challenges in understanding how everything works. It might be helpful if they offered more webinars or training sessions on how to use the platform, so users can watch, learn, and become confident more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Papaya Global unifies payroll processes across UK, Ireland, India, and Brazil on a single platform, supported by country-specific teams. It helps us navigate legislative and tax changes, providing essential guidance.
Empowers Global Workforce with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Papaya Global for managing Non Resident payroll in three countries and also for PEO workers in many other countries. I appreciate that it's enabled us to have a global workforce and engage people in countries where we don't have offices or a registered presence. This has helped us strategically in establishing a presence in some countries and engaging the best person for the job, regardless of their location. The process of engagement is relatively straightforward and can be quite fast with the PEO model. I find access to the platform simple, and once you know where to look, the data is clear and transparent. I also appreciate having access to summary graphs and consolidated data by country and by engagement type, which makes it easy to report and make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reconciling invoices to the level needed for internal compliance can be challenging. Having a better breakdown on invoices that it would be possible to extract in Excel (or have presented in a spreadsheet) would be helpful. This is particularly important for expenses. We also have an issue with the way that some expenses end up being taxed by the local employer without notifying the worker before the amount is paid - this can leave the worker out of pocket - and this comes back to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Papaya Global enables us to have a global workforce, engaging people where we have no presence. The PEO model makes engagement fast, and the platform provides clear, transparent data, aiding in easy reporting and data-driven decisions.

As an HR generalist, I have been using Papaya's services for over a year and the service offered has only improved month after month.
Customer service is now a key partner in the day-to-day management of our employees. Proactivity and responsiveness are the two main strengths of customer service, enabling smooth and efficient procedures as well as regular and personalised follow-up on each case.
Our key account manager also brings incredible energy and good humour, which is always much appreciated.
The online platform is easy to use and allows for a high degree of autonomy in managing files.
In addition, the 360 online support makes it very easy to submit issues and always provides effective feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Papaya Global has been a game-changer for our global payroll operations. By consolidating payroll across 20+ countries and 11 different vendors into one unified platform, we’ve eliminated complexity and gained a streamlined, integrated solution. Their contingent workforce solution simplified what had previously been a cumbersome and error-prone process. The platform itself is intuitive, with consistent access to payroll and employee data presented in a clear, well-designed interface. Most importantly, Papaya Global’s team — from our Account Manager to our Implementation Consultant — went above and beyond, acting as true partners throughout implementation and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike. Papaya Global provides transparent communication, fast resolution whenever questions arise, and an open channel for feedback and enhancement requests. If anything, we’d love to see their roadmap continue to expand even further, because the platform has already set a high bar for global payroll solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Papaya Global is helping us solve some of the toughest challenges of running a global workforce. Their streamlined onboarding process saves time for both HR and employees, creating a smoother experience across borders. Direct integration with our HCM has increased efficiency, reduced compliance risks, and eliminated manual errors. With standardized payroll reporting and processing across multiple countries, our teams now operate more collaboratively and strategically, rather than getting bogged down in administration.
Papaya - Seamless experience combined with Simplicity and Control
What do you like best about the product?
Papaya global's dashboard and special mention to their mobile app - Both provided me a seamless experience to my payroll related stuff and while logging my holidays. Papaya's portal is simple yet engaging that helps the user to use it for their benefit. Papaya's service is almost never down even on busy days or holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular related to their portal that I don't like but I would say there is much scope when it comes to improve their customer response timing. Moreover, Papaya doesn't have a dedicated customer service helpline or no. on which the users can reach them in no time. Papaya do have the customer service email but a helpline no. available 24*7 should be there for such a company of this big scale keeping in mind that users sometimes could be in want of a quick response and email response takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Papaya has solved the problem of managing my payroll and payslips. Till this date, multiple companies provide payslips each month attached in the email. Sometimes the user don't receive those emails and at the time of need, it becomes cumbersome to find all the attachments. Papaya has made all my payslips and pay related info along with all the details available on my finger tips by giving me individual login where I can keep a track of all my details and download and send where ever to who ever.
Also, logging holidays and keeping a track of all my leaves is one of features that has helped me a lot while using Papaya.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Papaya for both payroll (in different countries) and contractor payments (all over the world), and moving to their platform has been one of our best decisions. Payroll is smoother, faster, and more transparent. Papaya’s global reach has given us confidence to scale into new regions without worrying about payroll delays. Their support team is also fantastic, responsive, hands-on, and always proactive when we need help.
Another huge benefit is that each payroll project has in-country experts making sure we stay compliant with local regulations. That takes a big concern off my plate and gives me peace of mind that everything is handled correctly.

We’ve had a few minor issues during new project implementations, such as invoices being sent with errors, which meant we had to double-check them carefully. That was easily fixed and hasn’t been a recurring problem.
There’s also a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, simply because the platform has many features, but once you get used to it, it really pays off.
Sometimes responses from support can take up to a day, which feels long when payroll deadlines are tight, though that’s understandable given the time zones we work across, and they always follow through to resolve the issue.

Papaya has solved the challenge of running payroll and payments across multiple countries in a consistent, transparent way. Before, payroll involved long manual processes, unpredictable payment timelines, and extra costs on bank transfers. Now everything is centralized: I can run payroll and contractor payments, track every step, and know exactly when and how people are being paid.
It also takes away the worry about compliance. Each payroll project has in-country experts ensuring we meet local regulations, which saves me a lot of time and stress.

What do you like best about the product?
System integration is very helpful and makes the process much easier and more efficient. Papaya platform is very user-friendly, especially for accessing all our payroll inputs , outputs and workers' documents. It's also incredibly helpful for obtaining our monthly invoices and detailed cost breakdowns directly through the platform. Having everything in one place has been a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've noticed that response times can sometimes be very slow when we require clarifications on employee questions or payroll operations. Prompt responses are crucial for us to address queries efficiently. In addition, We have to remind Papaya to get monthly reports for a couple of countries every month.
Hope that the payroll summary and bank files be provided in a timely manner, as per our agreed-upon timeline.
