Reliable Proxies, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs for datacenter IPs, ISP IPs, and Residential Proxy IPs. I appreciate its very nice UI, reliable service, good connectivity, and good quality IPs. The initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high compared to some competitors. It would be better to reduce the price on pay-as-you-go plans for residential proxy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs lets me scrape websites that are otherwise strict against hosting IPs.
Reliable for Complex Market Scraping
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Oxylabs for being reliable on high defense targets like Alibaba. It reduces blockages and makes data extraction predictable. Unlike other proxy providers that struggle with sites having robust defenses, Oxylabs remains stable. I also like that Oxylabs eliminates operational instability since it effectively handles unexpected target blocks without breaking everything downstream. The initial setup was very easy to integrate, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Oxylabs has a slow adaptation to rapid anti-bot changes, especially since Alibaba modifies its bot defenses often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxylabs for large-scale marketplace scraping, reducing blocks and making data extraction predictable. It’s reliable on high-defense targets, eliminating operational instability caused by unpredictable requests blocks.
Stable and Effective for Research, Needs Better Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the stability of Oxylabs and the fact that it doesn't leak IP addresses.

I think Oxylabs could improve by providing more clear documentation for setting up. The initial setup was a bit hard for me.

I like that Oxylabs offers proxies for a lot of countries, which is really helpful. I also appreciate that their pricing is somewhat affordable, making it accessible for me. Their website provides clear information about what a proxy is, and it has a list of countries for me to explore, which I find valuable.

Reliable Proxies, Minor Payment Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs for a good server and to get a good proxy, and it's perfect for socks 5. I like that Oxylabs is trustworthy and reliable. I value the fact that Oxylabs is 99.9% certain.

Sometimes payment is delayed. When you make payments, sometimes it takes longer.

Reliable Proxies with Smooth Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Oxylabs because it provides stability and durability. It helps stabilize my location, unlike other proxy providers whose stabilities are not reliable. I also find it efficient, so I don't have to worry about my proxy being inactive. Additionally, the proxies are more reliable and stronger, making the switch from other products worthwhile. The initial setup was very smooth as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it's the quantity of their proxy. They need to reduce the minimum quantity of proxy for purchase to maybe 1 or so, that way more people can make use of it. As a new person, it'll be hard to get 10 proxies at a go when all I needed is 1.

I use Oxylabs to handle geographical issues, masking my location to specific demographics effectively.
