What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Oxylabs for its extremely user-friendly interface, which is especially helpful for someone like me who is new to using proxies across different platforms. In my experience, it stands out as one of the best services I have encountered. The support team responds quickly and reliably, which is something I have rarely found with other providers. I also like that Oxylabs offers a trial with free monthly gigabytes, which is a great feature. Setting everything up was straightforward, and the support team has always been available to answer my questions and help resolve any issues. This outstanding support has been the main reason I decided to switch to Oxylabs. Although I'm currently using the free trial, I won't hesitate to for it very soon

I use Oxylabs for web scraping, and it has resolved many issues I previously faced. In my experience, it stands out as one of the best providers for this purpose. It has been extremely useful for scraping and handling various other tasks online, including some things I can't even list here.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Oxylabs is the best option amongst proxy services to achieve my goals. I think their proxy and good IP offerings will help prevent issues I faced previously, such as account restrictions when registering on sites. Additionally, I find their website's user interface very appealing and easy to navigate, which is why I might rate it an 8 out of 10 when recommending it to others. Although I haven't fully utilized all the features yet, my initial impression is positive with expectations of an easy setup and beneficial use.

We’ve been using Oxylabs proxies for almost four years now, and honestly, they’ve been rock solid the whole time. The service has been smooth, fast, and incredibly reliable — failures were so rare they were basically a non-issue. Because of that consistency, we recently switched from monthly billing to an annual plan. At this point we’re confident we’ll be sticking with Oxylabs for years to come. If you need a dependable proxy provider, these guys have definitely earned our trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for dislikes… honestly, there isn’t much to point at. Their customer support has always been quick and helpful, and the service itself just works. If anything, the only “problem” is that we’ve gotten so used to things running smoothly that it’s easy to forget how rare that is in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylab's wide range of sub-nets has been a huge win for us. It gives us the flexibility to structure and manage our proxy network exactly the way we need, without constantly juggling limitations or running into weird edge cases. That variety has made our whole setup way more predictable and easier to maintain.

Oxylabs offers great rotating residential proxies for private and business usage, which comes in handy. Oxylabs covers most of the world from a geographical perspective, which is useful. We use the rotating residential proxies on a flexible metered plan, but Oxylabs also offers fixed monthly plans for large scale users. The proxies are configurable to most needs. The rotating residential proxies are relative easy to set-up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Oxylabs would offer the possibility to schedule a daily summary report of usage and costs.

Access to data on the internet that otherwise is restricted from a geolocation perspective.

It would be beneficial to have options either through bandwidth or the availability of a smaller number of monthly IPs.
