What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Oxylabs makes it incredibly easy and fast to create proxies, significantly enhancing my workflow efficiency when managing TikTok ads in Saudi Arabia. The speed of their internet is impressive, allowing me to create campaigns much faster than with other proxies which were often detected and of lower quality. With Oxylabs, I experience a high level of reliability and quality, which means my proxies are never detected by TikTok, ensuring seamless operations. Switching from PiaProxy to Oxylabs was a choice spurred by the superior quality that Oxylabs offers. The initial setup was remarkably smooth, easy, and quick, saving me time and reducing setup frustration. Overall, this high quality and effective service enable me to work more efficiently and with fewer concerns over proxy detection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the price of Oxylabs is a little high. For instance, I feel that 8GB for $8 is not very affordable, and a price point of $4 would be much more reasonable.

I use Oxylabs for undetectable, high-quality proxies that allow fast campaign creation on TikTok, solving issues of detection and low quality from other proxies.

Oxylabs provides sufficient information with appropriate conciseness to users who need services like mine, making it feel very useful. Thanks to the consideration included in the user manual, even users who are completely new can learn easily. Additionally, the installation process was easy.

I wish the error tracking feature could provide more detailed and advanced options. The current dashboard only shows the frequency of 400 and 500 series errors, but there is a possibility of misunderstanding because the errors experienced by individual users do not always match the errors displayed on the dashboard.

Additionally, the dashboards are very useful, allowing me to effectively monitor my daily and monthly usage. The documentation is another aspect I found particularly impressive; it's well-written and includes examples in Ruby, my language of choice, which helped me get up and running very quickly.

I think the documentation around picking traffic from a certain country, or the way you do persistent connections could be better documented.
