Top-Notch Mobile Proxy for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Oxylabs for its outstanding mobile proxy service, which significantly enhances my ability to manage multiple social media accounts efficiently. The speed and reliability of Oxylabs are remarkable; it operates very quickly, ensuring that I do not face blockages when performing automation tasks, which is a common issue with other proxies. Their mobile proxies are stable and consistent, providing excellent connection quality with minimal downtime, making my management tasks smoother and more effective. I also value the large IP pool and the ease of switching locations, which simplifies managing different social media regions. Furthermore, the customer support is exceptional and played a crucial role in guiding me through the initial setup challenges when using their mobile proxy. The team was incredibly supportive, making me feel confident and at ease during the process. Overall, I admire the reliability, high-speed performance, and supportive role of Oxylabs in my social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the mobile proxy endpoint generator in Oxylabs somewhat limited as it lists options only by country. It would be more helpful if it could also allow listings by states, cities, zip codes, or down to ASN targeting. Additionally, for beginners, it took me a while to figure out how to utilize these features effectively. The initial setup wasn't straightforward, especially when using mobile proxies. Although Oxylabs' customer support was extremely helpful, a simple guided setup, tooltip explanations, or short descriptions next to parameters like ASN or city targeting would significantly aid new users. Quick-start templates for common use cases could make the platform more accessible for those just starting out.

Oxylabs helps me effectively manage multiple social media accounts by using their mobile proxy to gather data, monitor engagement, and manage posts without getting blocked, ensuring speed, anonymity, and reliable performance.
Excellent Pricing and Quick Residential Proxies
What do you like best about the product?
Really good pricing and experience. I use their residential proxy and it works really well for my use case. No issues with reliability and works really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found the UI a little complex in some parts but otherwise no issues at all.

Helps with accessing websites otherwise blocked by server IPs
Simple Navigation, Easy Setup with Oxylabs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Oxylabs provides access to websites from countries that typically do not have IP addresses in datacenters, which is a significant advantage for my web activities. I appreciate the administration and proxy setup of Oxylabs, as it proves to be straightforward and user-friendly. The navigation is predictable and intuitive, which makes it easy for me to find whatever I need without any struggle. The initial setup of Oxylabs is extremely easy, facilitated by the effective navigation and the useful proxy generator. Overall, these features make Oxylabs a valuable tool for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of clarity in the pay-as-you-go plan charges, which made it difficult for me to determine if I would be charged once I reached capacity. I was unable to find my payment details, leaving me uncertain about potential future payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxylabs to access websites from countries without data center IPs. Its easy administration and proxy setup with predictable navigation facilitate my tasks smoothly.
Excellent Proxy Support Makes All the Difference

oxylabs proxys are amazing, also the oxycon was so good

everything i used on oxylabs was far good enough to cant say i dislike something

i stop getting detected by cloudflare so i can scrape better data
Great Features and Ideas, But Proxy Quality Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty forward implementation. Features are good (specifying a session, the "AI Unblock" idea)
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunaly the main reason for me to buy way the quality of residential proxies and unfortunaly these are to a big number blocked/identified, so I will most likely not use it for now.
Some way to compare quality of the proxies would be good, also "common" mistakes would be great to know -> e.g. that per default its a rotating proxy might confuse some users and might lead to bad experience (e.g. when logging in an account but the IP switches constantly).
The Ai unblock is a great idea, but in my case didnt work out, since even though the request faild (e.g. login/error screen) it still costs a "sucessful" request even though i was not able to achieve my goal. Some was for me to define whats the intended final state and being charged based on that would be great.

I find Oxylabs incredibly useful for allowing multi-login functions, which enables me to use different profiles on Etsy without getting banned. I particularly appreciate the residential boxes feature as it enables me to stay on a certain IP for a specific duration, which is essential for the kind of work I do. Furthermore, I encountered no issues with setting it up as it was relatively straightforward, thanks in part to the tutorial video that provided clear instructions. I value Oxylabs' fast speed, ensuring I don't deal with slow proxy connections, which is crucial for my online activities. Additionally, I find it highly advantageous that I can determine how long the IP stays active, offering greater control over my operations.

I feel that the pricing for Oxylabs could be more competitive. I've noticed that other aspects now offer more affordable options compared to Oxylabs. It would be beneficial for the service to align its prices more closely with the market to remain attractive.

Unique Premium Service, But Limited Plan Options
What do you like best about the product?
Their premium service is truly unique and cannot be found elsewhere. Additionally, their legitimacy stands out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few plans available, and moving to a higher plan doesn't really make much difference in the payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are inevitably some low-quality proxies that appear in the pools, but over the past few months, their number has been steadily decreasing.
Reliable Proxy Generation, But Pricey Compared to Hotspot

I like the fact that the you can constantly generate more proxies and that they work properly.

Might be too costly compared to your regular hotspot.
