What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service from Oxylabs, which I found to be better compared to other options like Dakota. The setup process was incredibly easy, which made getting started smooth and hassle-free. I am impressed by the high quality of the residential proxies, as they do not get detected and are fast, which is essential for my needs. Additionally, I find the residential proxies provided by Oxylabs to be the most useful feature. The stellar customer support would definitely make me repurchase Oxylabs again. What do you like best about the product?
The interface for scraping data is simple, reliable and cost effective. The API calls in particular are very easy to set up in our own environment. We were up and running quickly and with reliable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of figuring out to understand the username/password actually represent an API key pair (as you would expect) but it isn't terribly intuitive from the user panel. This was easily fixed once I figured it out.

Oxylabs helps us extract information in a reliable format to analyse our position in the market and the sale of our products online.

You can't buy IPs individually, you can only buy 10 or more, the tutorial is unclear, and it's not user-friendly enough.

I believe the AI chat functionality could be more robust, as it currently feels somewhat limited. Additionally, the password management system would benefit from some improvements to make it more effective.
