Quite a good service for web-scraping
What do you like best about the product?
I liked flexibility, Oxylabs allows you to select a country per rented IP that is really useful for scraping regional websites that change their content based in what region the user is located. And it is super easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rolling all your rented IP addresses is quite expensive for usage that requires it really often, current pricing is $1 per 1 IP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are operating a Telegram bot that notifies people about their national exam results. Currently we support exams from some Eastern European countries.

The main downside is the pricing. Oxylabs can be expensive for individuals, students, or small businesses, especially if your usage is not at an enterprise level. I hope they consider offering more flexible or affordable plans for smaller users in the future.

Oxylabs allows us to collect large-scale public web data efficiently and reliably, especially from sites that have anti-bot protection. This helps my research team obtain accurate and up-to-date data for academic projects without worrying about IP bans or data collection interruptions. Using Oxylabs has made our data workflows faster and more dependable, which directly supports high-quality research outcomes.

Oxylabs offers a highly reliable and scalable infrastructure for web scraping and data extraction. The residential proxies have a consistently high success rate, and their Scraper APIs handle IP bans, CAPTCHAs, and dynamic content effortlessly. The reporting tools are precise, helping us monitor and debug scraping jobs with confidence. The technical documentation is clear and developer-friendly, and while the dashboard takes a bit of time to get used to, it becomes efficient with use. One standout feature is the customer support, which is consistently responsive and professional—even during weekends.

The initial learning curve is quite steep, especially for beginners—the dashboard can feel unintuitive at first, and clearer onboarding would help. The pricing for residential proxies is on the higher end, which might be a barrier for smaller teams or early-stage projects. It’s also a limitation that certain high-profile targets like Netflix or Amazon are unsupported, even if for understandable reasons. Additionally, user role management is too restrictive, allowing only one account admin, which complicates team workflows. Finally, there's the occasional issue of getting an IP address with a poor reputation, and a built-in filtering mechanism would improve this.

What do you like best about the product?
I tried dedicated datacenter proxies and the speed on those proxies was really good. Also kudos to the support team for quickly solving my issue with a proxy belonging to a particular subnet.
The time it took to implement in code was minimal as documentation provided is very clear.

Some of the proxies didn't work in the first go but this was quickly resolved by the support team.

It is giving me more IPs so now the data download can be parallelized hence downloading data parallely.
