Oxylabs Is the Best in The Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pricing as well as the versatility of their API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the documentation was a little bit better but it is still sufficient.

Oxylabs has helped me acquire a large amount of data that is essential for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I tried dedicated datacenter proxies and the speed on those proxies was really good. Also kudos to the support team for quickly solving my issue with a proxy belonging to a particular subnet.
The time it took to implement in code was minimal as documentation provided is very clear.

Some of the proxies didn't work in the first go but this was quickly resolved by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me more IPs so now the data download can be parallelized hence downloading data parallely.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Oxylabs is the reliability and quality of their residential proxies, which are essential for my web scraping tasks. At first, the platform felt a bit overwhelming ease of use and implementation weren’t great for a newbie like me. But after spending some time with it, the dashboard became easier to navigate, and integrating proxies into my scraping scripts got smoother. Customer support has been responsive whenever I reached out, which helped me get past early hiccups. I use Oxylabs proxies regularly, and the service rarely lets me down. While it’s not packed with a ton of extra features, what they do offer works well for my needs. Overall, Oxylabs balances solid performance with good support, making it a reliable choice once you get past the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me was the initial learning curve. The platform isn’t super intuitive for beginners, and setting up the proxies took more time and trial than I expected. Some parts of the dashboard felt cluttered, and clearer onboarding or tutorials would’ve made the start way easier. Also, the pricing for residential proxies can be steep if you want to scale up, which might not suit smaller projects or budgets.

Oxylabs solves the problem of IP blocking and access restrictions when scraping websites. Before using their residential proxies, my scraping scripts would often get blocked or hit captchas, slowing down my work. With Oxylabs, I can run my data extraction more reliably and continuously, saving time and reducing frustration. This has made my projects more efficient and scalable.
Easy to use proxy services with very good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The service itself is easy to use, with a good endpoint generator and other features to simplify your life. Customer service rep responding very quickly and helpful - even on a weekend!

As a professional bug bounty hunter and ethical hacker I use proxy services for recon on official bug bounty programs.
Reliable service

Residential proxies are great. I never experienced downtime.

When I subscribed for ten proxies all of them were US, but I chose other countries. The proxies did the job, but that wasn't what I thought I ordered

What do you like best about the product?
Before discovering Oxylabs, I tried many other residential proxy providers, but the quality of Oxylabs’ proxies is outstanding. Since I started using their service, I haven’t encountered a single non-working proxy or timeout—every HTTP request has always returned a response. To date, I’ve never missed a request. Oxylabs is the best residential proxy provider I’ve used!

It is surprising that oxylabs is the only provider i have found that truly supports HTPPS for proxies.
It makes this incredibly easy to use.
The only thing to improve is to allow easier geo location selection for the IP.
