Powerful Scraping Platform with Room for Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs provides one of the most reliable and scalable proxy solutions on the market. I particularly appreciate the consistency in data delivery, especially for large-scale scraping tasks that require stability across multiple IPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Oxylabs offers a powerful scraping infrastructure, the pricing is on the higher end, which might not be ideal for smaller-scale users or startups

I use Oxylabs primarily for large-scale e-commerce data scraping, including extracting product listings, prices, availability, and metadata from platforms like Amazon
Cost Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs are cost effective & I'm using there dedicated ip center. Which works fine. I'm using for 35 Days now. No downtime so far. It integrated well with my browser I use. There was no problem on implementation & it's was really to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifc so far because we haven't faced any issues in last 35 Days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're India based company. We deal with medical insurances in US. Sometimes there website are IP restricted to access those website we're using the proxy network.
Reliable proxy with good reporting tools
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and statistics are great and accurate. We require a very high success rate for the proxied requests and during testing we confirmed that each reported success and error was accurate.
Support is quick to answer and professional. The support chat widget makes it easy to reference past support inquiries.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had some technical questions about the errors that were not fully addressed. It was not clear if the errors were originating from the proxy or the target api.
Each account owner has full access to billing and adding extra -non-admin users, but there can be only 1 owner/admin. There should be a way to have multiple admins in case the primary owner is unavailable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A great proxy service
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using this proxy service because it's fast for my use case, and the support team is amazing and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The official Android app doesn't work, and even their support team recommends using alternatives. But I think that this can be easily solved because alternatives are freely available to download from the Google Play Store. Also, you may sometimes get an IP address with a bad reputation. So you should check the reputation of the IP before using it. But I still think that it would be good if they can implement an automated solution to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still diving into the data extraction functionality, but I am experimenting with it personally to protect my privacy online while browsing some websites and to circumvent restrictions on VPN usage placed by some streaming services. So, it's a good proxy service for both personal and professional use.

This is the only company I could find with a huge granularity of cities for residential proxies. And the bandwidth of these proxies is simply great

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can use the proxies to open any websites that I want with a really good success ratio. The rotating IPs are amazing, and it prevents me from being blocked on certain websites. Working with OxyLabs in my code is super simple. The documentation is well put together. I appreciate the team investing in good DevEx. Keep up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more sources like Netflix, Amazon, etc. were supported. I understand why the team has decided to avoid these sources, but as a developer, I think it would have been nicer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use OxyLabs as a the proxy choice for a URL unfurling service. Essentially fetching thumbnail, title and description of a certain website.

Great variety of different proxies that fit all different services that we provide. Both scalable as well as stable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard showing usage has sometimes some issues at higher volumes, but this is just reporting tool and does not detract from their core proposition of providing great proxies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect competitive market prices a high volume from different sources. The proxies of Oxylab are one of the solutions we use to be able to do this at scale (millions of request a month) with running into bot detection. They are top of the bill and allow both simple as more complex setups.
