Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
They provide good quality data. Api works fast and it's easy to use it.

I haven't noticed any so far. The whole system works perfectly fine.

It helps me to scrape Google or get data from Instagram/Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
Plans are affordable and competitive, easy to set-up, quality of proxy service is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had one issue where my proxies malfunctioned and were down for several days before tech support could get them back up. Problem has been fixed though.

Reliable proxy service. Can't afford down-time.

I'm here to just mention that I had a very good experience with their support. They spent so much time helping me solve a problem that I mistakenly created.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. Probably, they can provide a bit cheaper prices even though the current prices are okay.

I needed rotating proxies from Tunisia and they have a huge pool of them which is great.
Concerning Billing Practices and Customer Service Issues with OxyLabs Proxy Service

- Poor incident management when their unblocker failed on one of our target sites
- Technical team implemented "fixes" that caused 30x increase in traffic usage (from $50/day to $1,500/day) without notification
- Inflexible customer service, even when escalated to senior management (Head of Account Management)
- Refused to take responsibility for technical changes that directly caused excessive billing
- No proactive monitoring or alerts for abnormal usage patterns that could impact billing
- Demonstrated prioritization of revenue collection over customer relationship management
- Lack of accountability when their technical changes directly impacted customer costs
- Poor handling of billing disputes, even for long-term customers with significant annual contracts

The best proxy provider I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using residential proxies and the way that you can use it in most websites. The speeds and quality of the IPs are the best I have ever seen. I really like the analityics in the control panel, it gives you all the control that you need to see how much you are expending and in what websites are you using your proxies. The price/quality I would say its a 10 of 10, very competitive princing compared to other providers that can't have the same speeds or IP quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see cheaper plans instead of the usual business plans that some reach close to 100$. Would be nice if it had more variety on the cheap end.

The speeds are very important to my business and I searched everywhere for a provider with also a fair price. That's when I found Oxylabs.

They have services for any need. Plenty of features. Wonderful customer service. They are fast and proactive to respond.

Might be composom to understand what service is for what. Was difficult to set it up and run without customer service interaction.
