Easy to get setup and great performance
What do you like best about the product?
I recently utilized Oxylabs’ residential pay-as-you-go option for a web scraping project, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. I was impressed I was able to target my specific geographic region and with ease. The setup process was straightforward, and the proxies were integrated into my existing code easily. I also appreciated the reliability of the connections; there were minimal timeouts or failures, which significantly boosted my project’s efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
With larger projects I could see the price becoming an issue, but the service is great so it’s a “you get what you pay for” situation and worth it. I would like to see a “pay-what-you-use” type of option, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web scraping, allows me to gather data I need quickly.
Excellent IP quality
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried many proxy providers, oxylabs is the one that have given me the best results. I'd say that 90% of the time oxylabs works without a problem. Support answers fast and has been able to find a solution for the majority of problemas I've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is by far the most expensive provider I've used. Just because of this I'm still trying other options. The API they offer works well, but is somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to constantly connect to some apps and extract information. If I don't use a proxy, my requests would be blocked. With oxylabs, I'm able to connect without being block most times
Oxylabs is much faster than conventional providers
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs has some of the best speeds in the industry and has reliable uptimes which can easily support enterprise level organizations need for thousands of requests per second. With that said I will say that the service does have it's drawbacks. It can take a significant amount of time to get new websites whitelisted to use whereas other providers do not have these restrictions in place. Integration was easy but we did have some glitches with the proxy password setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it can take a significant amount of time to get new websites whitelisted to use whereas other providers don't have these restrictions it can be frustrating knowing that precious development time is being wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to utilize Oxylabs to mask our IP address for bulk ecommerce purchases which has significantly benefited our business.
Great option for any scraping needs!
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to create an account and get started. I really like that your data never expire, and the 1GB of pay-as-you-go data I bought last year but never use was still available for me to use. I also enjoy being able to select exactly what country I want my requests coming from. All I had to do was put the generated proxy into my program and it worked, no further setup required! They have the biggest proxy pool out of any proxy service I've seen, so I've experienced very little bans while scraping, turning the ~12 hour job into just 1 hour!
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I wish was mentioned before was the fact that pay-as-you-go plans are nonrefundible, and they restrict a large pool of websites (streaming sites and sites like Netflix, etc. won't work). Customer support tries to help, but ultimately they aren't very knowledgable.

Oxylabs significantly speeds up and simplifies scraping data from websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs has proven to be an effective solution for e-commerce purchasing needs. Its extensive proxy network offers reliable and stable connections, allowing seamless access to various online platforms for purchasing at scale. The service has shown excellent performance, ensuring that processes run smoothly without interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a technical difficulty with changing my password but that was quickly resolved by the support team.

We needed proxies to be able scale our service efficiently.
Best Proxy Service
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried various Proxy services but Oxylabs provided the best results in every terms. In my case block rate was very low and very impressive. Price is also very competitive and best. I am curently using ISP proxy service and very much satisfied. Thank you Oxylabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although all regions are available but it would be great if you add more regions in self service.

Oxylabs is helping me in bypassing block and improves our data extraction capabilities.

Reliable and Versatile Proxy Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I was initially unsure about which residential proxy service to choose, so I invested a lot of time in research before finally deciding on Oxylabs. Although they didn't offer a free trial at the time, I decided to take the plunge, and I’m glad I did. I've now been using Oxylabs for five months, and my experience has been outstanding. The platform's features work seamlessly with MoreLogin and mobile devices, making it adaptable to a variety of setups. Additionally, Oxylabs allows easy customization across multiple countries and cities worldwide, making location targeting straightforward.The setup process was incredibly simple, allowing me to integrate Oxylabs into my workflows quickly and without any hassle. The customer support has also been fantastic, especially in guiding me through navigating city options, which can be tricky for new users.

Oxylabs rates are abit high and the setting up to a third party tool like Morelogin is not easy maybe there should be videos tutorials on how to do it for first time users

I tried various other companies, but most of their proxies were detected as proxies, while the proxies at Oxylabs were not recognized as proxies by my target.
Once I had a question and contacted support via Discord and got a fast and friendly reply.
What else I like about their service is the new feature where you can create "Limits and Spendings", meaning you can create additional sub-users and set a limit on how much GBs they can spend. This enables me to assign different amount of GBs to my clients whithout them having to care about proxies.

After singup, you get a lot of emails e.g. from the "Strategic Partnerships" person asking for the purpose. It becomes annoying, the third email was "Hey, just floating this message on the top of your inbox in case you missed it."
Oxylabs is not the cheapest provider on the market, other providers offer smaller amount of GBs. I did not need all of my GBs and they just expired after a month.
