Stable and fast proxy solution.
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a solution with residential IP rotation and location selection. OxyLabs met my demand, with more than 99% of requests being successful. However, my solution handles these failures with X consecutive attempts, so this way I get a 100% success rate without much additional time/processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to declare on this moment. Satisfied

Due to a pattern in the requests, it was being blocked. IP rotation allows this block to be passed

I love the easy to use platform along with affordable, high quality proxies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, only thing of concern would have to be downtime which is slim.

We needed to monitor AD SERP results in google to see if any unwanted, forbidden action is happening (like brand bidding or ad hijacking) for our clients
Best Proxy on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs is by far the best proxy on the market. It is able to get access to sites that we haven't been able to access through other proxies (and we've tried them all). They offer alot of options for various types of proxies and we've found them all to be extremely valuable tools
What do you dislike about the product?
It's alot more expensive than other proxies on the market. You get what you pay for as it works where other proxy's don't,, but it is more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs allows us to leverage their proxy network so that we can scrape content off of our partner websites without requiring them to make IT changes.
Proxies were fast but very unreliable, customers got errors on their requests 50% of the time
What do you like best about the product?
It was a cheap solution, but low quality. It was very easy to implement SOCKS5 into Python.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly erroring requests, the competition was actually 20% of the price, so a lot cheaper and with a much higher quality. Oxylabs was slower, had constant errors and was at the same time more expensive.

We used it to query a website that was easy to reach. Therefore really an easy case for a proxy implementation. However not even this worked out fine.
Painless integration for implementation of a rotating ip system for my SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
UI is very clean and error rate is very low

Some issues with charts sometimes but it's not a big deal

I like the ease of use, set up simplicity, and the different ways in which we can use @ modify the proxies

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I love the ease of use and implementation of the Residential Proxy for our project. We use our proxy frequently and it's nice to have a number of extra features if we ever need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like is a more affordable option because of the amount of bandwidth that we use, however, nothing in life is free and you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a residential proxy integrated with Dexi.io for data harvesting and extraction. Without it, we would have a hard time achieving our data extraction needs.

The platform works properly if you are able to configure it according to their structure

There is not the possibility to collect reviews from maps even if it is mentioned in the sources. Asking for support they said that I have to confgure a custom parser....

In a dashboard of web application, a statistics screen sometimes take a little time to load.

When our data crawling team try to access our target website, we have to switch proxies in a short time to avoid blocking access.
