Very good service
What do you like best about the product?
Fast IPs, which are all different and not linked to one another. No issues when running multiple browsers with different IPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high but better quality than other proxy providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs is helping me get around IP issues by putting my IP address in different locations which rotates every so often.

A very good experience having oxylabs, it's residential ips are like awesome... Very cheap in price.. still using and would like recommend others

Nothing special, just it should market on major Social Media Platforms so that everyone can access it who needs..

My major work is to post ads on classified sites of different locations.. oxylabs is working greatly for this purpose..
Great platform, Ips are high quality and have never failed on me

Have been using oxylabs proxy services over last 5 years and we are very much satisfied about their services and especially the customer support.

A good dashboard wasn't there when we subscribed to Oxylabs. But now that has been addressed.

Oxylabs helps us to reduce the website blocking issues as well as to access the wesites that works only on specific region IPs.

The lack of an option to setup different users to monitor usage on different areas and to tag costs more appropriately. The lack of residential network.

We send just short of 1 billion requests per month through Oxylabs and 99.99% of the time, it just works.

In some cases we have seen subnets picked up immediate as blacklisted, more flexibility here to test and switch subnets would be appreciated.
I feel there could be better tooling when it comes to routing, we built our own round robin layer over the Oxylabs subnets, would love to see things like this built into the product rather that put on the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs services have enabled Hospitable to scale it's business, we use distributed services which need to interact with third party providers, this distribution prevents us from knowing what IP address(es) we will make requests from. The services provided by Oxylabs allow us to whitelist a set of proxies with our third-parties and focus on building business value rather that building our own solutions for these issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a software developer with a large amount of proxies and a 99% success rate in Python script applications. I am happy to provide proxy services, as it is very easy to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
prior to self service the apis were quite stable and easy to use, no hiccups with activations

the self service transition was pretty problematic - we had several issues with the scrapers even with the simples activation of them. This lead to couple of missed opportunities at our end, unfortunately

standardzed ecom stores are ok, but for the more customized sources (full with js) the renderers are suboptimal, many of the cases there were unable to retrieve the content properly. then we had to develop our own solutions, rather than rely on an api
No fuss, premium service that just works
What do you like best about the product?
I find the support and communication from account managers to be very good, but the real winner is the products and tools that Oxylabs provide which are high quality and do exactly as they promise. No more setting up third party tools for them to fall over after a month or two, we've been a customer for over a year and have never had to reconfigure anything or come up with a workaround solution. It is set and forget.

They appear to be in an eastern European location so english is not the first language, however the communication has not been impacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require data extraction from a number of sources, some more difficult to obtain than others due to anti-bot technologies that are becoming more and more common. Oxylabs has great products that achieve the results we need, which we have been unable to replicate elsewhere.
