This service is good in every meanings
What do you like best about the product?
They have a balanced, well-working, line of products. The high internal expertise allows them to build and maintain products with superior quality. Also, there is great account management.

I believe that the speed of adding new features or remaking old ones sometimes can be higher.

To collect SERP data in big amounts without additional effort on our side.

There can be random micro outages when you buy a lot of proxies in many locations. They usually rent IPs in various DCs and may not have full control of quality.

Need IPs in various geo locations. Need for residential rotating IPs.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes we receive net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED errors - but only for a very short time.
- At the beginning (about 1 year ago) we agreed on getting 4 different IP ranges for 100 IPs, currently we only have 1 IP range. I just checked it before the review. It looks like they silently changed it and probably we could get back 4 ranges for the same price, but it would have been better if we could rely on this.

They provide proxies and a rotator for the proxies which helps us scraping web pages.
Impeccable service! We work with a lot of providers and Oxylabs is our partner of choice!
What do you like best about the product?
I like their flexibility, expertise and professionalism all around. We have been partnered with Oxylabs for several years, and out of all the providers we work with, I genuinely enjoy our experience with Oxylabs the most. Our account manager has been great as well!

Their pricing is 4x to 5x more expensive than other providers we work with, limiting our ability to scale with them, but everything else is fine.

Choice. Oxylabs fills the gaps. Oxylabs' network is vast, so it covers the gaps that other providers don't cover.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Oxylabs Residential Proxies to help our proprietary scrapers go undetected and avoid blocking. The request APIs are easy to use and highly effective.
On the occasions we've needed to contact support, they've always been responsive and accommodating.

What do you dislike about the product?
The account management UI is a little clunky and it would be useful if you could update payment methods directly on the Oxylabs website rather than having to contact support but the one time we had to do this, the support team resolved our issue quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs Residential Proxies are one of many countermeasures that we employ to help our web scrapers go undetected. Making requests appear from a specific city is beneficial as we often need to gather localised information that requires geo-specific targeting.
Using Oxylabs Proxy Services for webscrapping
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the Next-Gen Residential Proxy , which was really effective in overcoming access barriers imposed by the target websites, both antibot and geographical restrictions. It also renderizes well javascript elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The NGRP could have a better dashboard to enable the user to accurately pinpoint the exact bandwith consumption of each task. It could also work better with automated browsers such as Selenium and Playwright

We use Oxylabs Next-Gen Residential Proxy services to bypass security barriers from websites and collect data from them, such as prices of broadband plans and electronic devices.
