Good intent insights for ABM, limited by integration gaps
What do you like best about the product?
It broadens the pool of in-market accounts we can engage in our ABM and outbound efforts. The intent data gives clear signals on which companies are actively researching similar products, helping us prioritize outreach and focus resources where there’s buying interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcomings of the integrations. The 6sense integration has been disappointing, especially since it was one of the main reasons we purchased G2 Marketing Solutions. For example, the 6sense integration does not provide the location of where the prospect is who was doing the research, which is critical information for having any chance of outbounding to the correct person. The Slack integration could also be improved to specify the type of intent signal, so we don’t have to create separate channels for each intent type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify more in-market accounts to include in our ABM and outbound programs. By surfacing companies showing intent around our key categories, it gives both marketing and sales a clearer picture of where to focus. The main benefit is efficiency — we’re able to prioritize outreach and campaigns toward accounts that are more likely to engage, instead of casting a wide net.

G2 Marketing Solution has been a reliable partner in driving targeted campaigns. Their analytics dashboard is intuitive and provides clear insights into campaign performance. The team is proactive, responsive, and quick to adapt strategies based on data. Lead quality has improved noticeably, and their creative approach to digital campaigns makes them stand out compared to generic agencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform delivers results, the onboarding process could be more structured. At times, reporting lacks deeper segmentation, which makes it challenging to measure ROI for specific channels. Pricing is on the higher side for small to mid-sized businesses, and customizations often require extra negotiation.

Its so easy to use and most of the time you get offers and discounts on the software making them much more affordable. Easy to integrate all the relevent softwares

Need more software added to G2, as sometimes its difficult to find exactly the one which you need but most of the time they have alternatives

Getting the softwares at much lower prices than the market offers.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about G2.com is the ease of use and integration of external links. Having the ability to easily fill-in your pertinent contact information truly helps those with personal brands, small businesses, and leaders across the community when establishing connections with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides about the service. I do think it can be enhanced or developed to become even better if tools / options to customize the background color and/or text become available in the future. It helps those with a brand (like me) to further highlight the theme of the endeavor or work they desire to promote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability to share my digital contact card in a professional manner. The QR code is especially a nice touch!

I love how easy it is to use the platform, especially regarding marketing automation. I also highly value the quality of the reports and customer service. The integration capability, for example, with our CRM, is essential and I love how it allows me to personalize campaigns according to the behavior of the target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that one aspect for improvement is undoubtedly the speed in some modules. Also, having more template options for campaigns would speed up content creation a bit more. But without a doubt, the loading speed is the main aspect I would improve.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the admin panel to be suboptimal in terms of user experience. Managing review campaigns is quite cumbersome, with many features hidden in submenus and subpages, making navigation difficult. The analytics related to reviews and review collection aren't up to par either. I wish for more straightforward ways to create new landing pages or campaigns to better manage different sources of reviews, such as emails, in-app prompts, or ad-hoc campaigns.
