Great review service!
What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps our organization receive reviews from our customers, evaluate their feedback and thank them all in one place! It's helpful to have this as it guides our company. The AI tools are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this time. Occasionally the admin side can be a little tricky to navigate.

It allows us to generate reviews and differentiate ourselves int he market
G2 is not updating scores
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of getting honest reviews and comparing websites based on their users' experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
In reality the score is incorrectly computed. We've been using G2 for years and more recently upgraded our account. After 12 months (which is the most valued time interval after which reviews start to decay) we found out that our score vs our competitors are incorrect. Our website scores a 4.3, our competitor's is below 3.5 but they are "stuck" at the 4.4 they used to have one year ago. G2 is not refreshing our competitors score for months now. Basically you pay G2 for a service (honesty, real math comparison) and you get nothing of that. Websites rank better than other despite basic math saying they shouldn't. After we've been told many times that reviews decay over time, we found out that in fact they don't. And what is worse, your scores are not updated. When we brought this up our account manager just vanished.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of working with G2 Marketing Solutions is having access to a dedicated account manager who can help secure the best outcomes. I have worked with Jade for the past 10 months, and the partnership has been successful. She is insightful, responsive, and understanding of the challenges I face internally to make G2 a company-wide initiative, not just a marketing-led one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Significant internal momentum is required to maximise the benefits of the partnership and chosen package. Without proper buy-in, the partnership may feel stagnant at times due to internal bottlenecks.

Intent data only relevant for NA region, not really good traffic in EMEA and DACH regions.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to know which accounts are in market for solutions we offer in different categories. The data is robust and comes enriched into our slack channel as well as Hubspot Marketing Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Slack Channel Integration is very limited and can sometimes be a little confusing. The business-facing product needs a little bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily review management and buyer intent data.
Streamlines efforts but doesn't provide deep prospect insights

It really helps streamline review generation and monitor performance. The CSM was really helpful with ideas.

They say that they help with lead generation but I haven't found it so useful

High value intent data and branding opportunities with G2
What do you like best about the product?
The intent data has shown massive success rate compared to our outbound efforts & marketing campaigns without intent. The customizations the brand can bring to the profile makes a meaningful difference. We're yet to exploit features like customer quote and reference pages, but the reviews themselves and the badges & reports have got us some great traction. Platform as an admin is easy to use and the onboarding team is absolutely fantastic. We use integration with LinkedIn, but haven't been able to scale that effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
Using intent data to the fullest potential has been challenging. Post purchase support could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to start using intent and we thought of G2 first thing because there was lot of value in the BoFu data. This is our first stint and utilizing it & we're seeing some great results. We also want to improve our visibility via collecting social proof through reviews.
Great review collection capabilities, good customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run campaigns and collect customer reviews that impact our market awareness and placement in G2 reports. All in service of helping buyers make more informed decisions. The platform is very easy to use and service service in terms of adding new content, changing images, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a function of our subscription level, but it's unfortunate that we don't get more intent data (ex: we can't connect G2 and 6Sense without an additional investment).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing customer reviews, which in turn keep CallMiner front of mind for tech buyers.

It's a good marketing tool, very easy to use and lots of features

Some reviews feel outdated and less relevant to current versions of tools.
