What do you like best about the product?
the service is easy and convenient, and finding, reading or writing reviews doesn't take you ages like on some other similar platforms

I can leave my reviews about the tools I use almost every day and I hope it can be useful for these tools' developers and for potential users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use has increased if anything. User friendly UI has made it my go to and I think I will keep going back to it for years to come!
What do you dislike about the product?
I still stand by my previous response because it is just that good! Have a feeling there could be better integrations made in the future but for now, like it as it is.

G2 is the best place platform to find of honest reviews fro industry expert of the same field.

A nice platform for finding the desired software
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful machine learning algorithms now make the search option a lot better than my previous encounter. It is good that AI adoption for review is still optional and user is not forced to adopt it as the only way for their review to be submitted
What do you dislike about the product?
Please keep on doing what you guys are already doing. Visiting the G2 website for submitting a review feels a lot easier now with the option to have a voice based, ai chatbot or form based review submission

I like the thing about platform that it takes genuine review from everyone and rewards them with various gifts.

The reward system is very awesome. but if I were to dislike something then it would be if the gift cards were available to us in the cash from or bank account transfer type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem G2 is solving is very major and quite prevalent. It focuses on solving the customers problems of getting certain reviews of diffferent softwares. Here, on this platform eevryone can get honest reviews for different softwares and can even provide their honest view on any software.
Suprisingly good experience all around
What do you like best about the product?
Teh upsides are the integration it has with other services such as LinkedIn and Google Business, which saves time at the moment of registration. Also I felt the platform was very easy to use even for begginers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I haven't found any downsides to the platform.

Honestly, I didn't expect this to be real to review and get something back for it and I had forgotten I reviewed and they stayed in touch with me about reminders

No cons for G@.com. Its been going great for me.

My experience on g2.com
What do you like best about the product?
I always use the tool and the communication with g2.com is exceptional, it always keeps users updated, I believe that's what I like most about the tool. Another point is the excellent ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that communication, as excellent as it may be, should be done directly in Portuguese. The site should have permanent options so that Brazilian users can use it in their language.

G2.com helps me daily to evaluate the products I use as work tools, G2.com gives me a voice when it comes to evaluation.
