A powerful tool for building trust
What do you like best about the product?
The G2 platform has been a great tool for helping us collect customer reviews for iplicit. G2 makes it easy to invite customers to leave reviews, track feedback and respond to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to spend a bit of time to learn your way around the system, not because ut's not well laid out just because the vast number of features and data available can be overwhelming otherwise, expecially if your new to the system or aren't regulary using it. Despite the voucher incentive, at times it has difficult to encourage time strapped customers to submit reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping helping us to strengthen our brand and connect with our target audience, helping potential users make informed decisions about our software.
Effortless Review Collection and Excellent Support with G2
What do you like best about the product?
G2 makes the process of gathering reviews very easy. G2 will automatically send out three emails asking for reviews if you provide a list of contacts. Tripp, our account manager has been excellent and is always willing to help with any queries or requests we may have. Furthermore, the badges are an excellent feature since they foster confidence among prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is with the navigation, Sometimes it is challenging to find the software solution or specific area you are looking for, and you may need to drill down quite a bit to locate it. I believe the process should be more straightforward and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peer ratings from G2 are helping us stand out in the market and have a big influence on how people view us as a document management solution. We have been able to target higher quality leads and include user feedback in our marketing materials by utilising intent data.
Makes customer review collection easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really intuitive. It makes it easy to make changes to our company profile and tracking our campaign performance. The general customer support email has been helpful when building campaigns and rectifying gift card challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on what we spend annually, we do not receive any intent metrics. That limits our G2 value. Based on the level we are at, we only have control of our profile and can run campaigns. In an ideal world, we would have some limited intent metrics like integrating G2 with 6Sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Its packed with lots of content to reshape and create a story with for social media. It is also laced with content we use in our email marketing. Its all very easy to use. Good menu layouts and integrates with our other platforms like HubSpot. Good support also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very many downsides at all. It would be cool if G2 plugged in some AI creation tools so that we can select a report we like and have it create some assets or some ideas, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring that we are competing with our competitors in this space and allows our quality to shine through when compared with our competitors.
Excellent for gathering reviews for marketing purposes
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using G2 for several years. While we haven't done a campaign recently, in our last campaign we received almost 400 reviews for our software from a single campaign. The cost is low with a high return.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form to gather information for demo requests doesn't really work for our business. We've tried to get G2 to modify the form, without success. Also, the demo request we do get are not a very high quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 help us aggregate reviews into one location we can share with prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is really easy to work with and always has tons of ideas on how we can utilize their services. We've had some really succeful campaigns with their help & input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team hasn't found a ton of value in the buyer intent data services they provide, but I think it's just our internal utilzation and not really an issue with the product or service.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the anonymity of reviews can be hard to then avoid asking that person again for a review or for helping to solve an issue they might have raised in their review. It would be good to know on the backend who is reviewing, but I imagine that's a data protection issue which makes sense.

The plartform for Trust and Consider your brand
What do you like best about the product?
I love the process because trust is not build in a day! But G2 = Trust & Trust = G2. They maintaining the quality of reviews that's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime i feel may be they should give more discount but anyways quality never compromise the cost

Its helping us to get enterprice and mid-market customers. Simply they are looking for some social proof that's we already build in G2

What do you like best about the product?
G2 marketing solutions is easy to navigate and provides an easy way to source reviews from our customers. There are lots of options to integrate reviews and data into our marketing campaigns, which provides vital social proof for decision makers looking for new software. The fact that all data and reviews are from real customers strengthens brand trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know of any downsides to comment on.

It helps us see what people are thinking about us and our competitors. It also provides an easy way for us to collect reviews and quotes that we can use on our website to strengthen social proof.
Useful Platform Super Helpful CSM Team
What do you like best about the product?
Great visibility into comparison data, as well as data around companies that visit your G2 profile and then your website (or vice versa). The seasonal badges are also great to leverage on your website, landing pages, emails, or ads. Last, but definitely not least, the customer success team has also been super helpful and responsive. It's been a pleasure working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive to level up to get access to all the data and integrations with other platforms and tools. Would be more open to considering upleveling if the pricing was more reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into comparisons, profile views, and traffic that's visited our website and then our G2 profile (or vice versa).
