G2, a Solid Choice for Driving Product Reviews!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support we have from our G2 team. They're always accessible and really work to understand our business needs. It has been a very intuitive tool to implement and has helped us significantly increase quality reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. If I had to give a negative, I would say that sometimes I feel a bit disconnected from the actual platform in terms of updates or new features that become available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has helped increase the quanitity of product reviews and has helped us further solidify our positioning as a top rated choice in our categories.

The market insights from the reports and the intent data helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is really high. It used to be affordable and reasonable 3 years back.

Enhanced Flexibilitywith G2 Marketing Solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Upgrading our G2 Marketing Solutions gave us the flexibility to promote StockIQ with features such as pricing, screenshots, and videos.

I love the ability to log in and see at a glance how StockIQ is performing, the Dashboard gives me that ability. The dashboard is a way to see my total number of customer reviews, I also like the ability to track prospects under Buyer Activity. Before we upgraded we did not have this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
StockIQ is a small company which makes it challenging to compete with larger organizations like NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, etc. when it comes to earning quarterly badges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we updated our new website we did not have a way to highlight our reviews. Now we have set up a process to ask our clients about their experience with StockIQ. By showcasing reviews and ratings, G2 helps increase visibility and credibility among prospects. Our client conference is a good time to ask for reviews which G2 has made is simple to ask for a review.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 marketing solutions has been one of the most useful 3rd party marketing solutions I have used. The reports, badges and reference page creation tools we get to use are really useful. The assistance is asset creation every quarter is also something which is unique and the intent data G2 provides us with makes it easier for our outbound strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report availablity is limited and the paid support is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting really useful intent data which can be brought into channels like LinkedIn and campaigns can be created by targeting those warm accounts with ease.

Empowering Our Team and Enhancing Lead Generation Through G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and has opened up a new digital marketing channel for our company. Every time we get a new customer review it's announced on our company intranet and celebrated. Our CS team even has a competition to see who can collect the most reviews which acts as a good reminder to request them from customers. I also like how easy it allows prospects to submit their contact information to be contacted by our Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come accross anythign I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to enhance our brand visibility and online reputation and collect authentic customer feedback. This is valuable for us as a business as we compete with other vendors and love hearing how we can improve the customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 has been an incredible asset in helping us aggregate customer reviews and build strong social proof. The platform is very intuitive for customers to leave their reviews, which has been instrumental in showcasing our value to potential users. Our G2 profile page, along with the badges we've earned hs significantly contributed to improving our brand visibility and awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind, it does the job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instrumental in helping build a solid social proof, and identifying accounts who've reserached us and compared us to other competitors.

Great Listing++ Platform for B2B Product Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the preciseness of buyer intent data. Atleast better that what I have come across in other similar platforms I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the intent data can make you spend more than the perceived ROI as the ICP may be spread across regions and to effectively target can cost heavy marketing dollars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the categories we are listed currently and the most important category for us which is "eSignatures", the constant rise in the number of reviews are adding value to our ranking in the category and by that standing the audience (ICP) who come searching/comparing/reviewing for the eSignature solutions wil view our product among the top product in the category. I see that as a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
On top of all the reviews and reports and other features they offer, it's been an incredibly valuable for gaining real product ux and customer experience feedback. The mix of qualitiative and quantitative data you can extract from g2 can provide endless value if you pay attention to it and get creative with how you put it all to use.

Also love to support - our account managers have been so great to work with, always helpful and so quick to get back to us whenever we need them (shout out to Cory!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are too expensive for us to liscence with our tight budget so we can't use all the great data for any external comms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a presence for customers doing product research is crucial in the b2b buyer journey - so g2 is pretty much a must have. It's also been great for championing the voice of our customers and helping us identify areas of improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of functionalities that we find useful surrounding review campaigns, customizing our pages, and tracking data. Their customer success team is also lovely to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I think could be improved is their process for assigning companies into specific categoires. There are quite a few different services provided within a single sector, which makes distinguishing true competitors and software to choose from confusing. It also makes it hard to stand out against companies that aren't really your competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a smaller business and G2 helps us build brand recognition and stand out amongst our competitors.
