Great tool for marketing and sales
What do you like best about the product?
G2 provides an excellent opportunity to connect with potential customers and showcase our product's strengths through honest user reviews. One of the most valuable aspects for us has been the quarterly reports and badges, which have been incredibly useful for both our marketing and sales efforts. These features not only boost our credibility but also help us stay ahead in a competitive market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the strict quality control, sometimes some of our customers reviews are not approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us boost our credibility in front of our prospects.
                        
                            Powerful but limited
What do you like best about the product?
Solution increases visibility almost instantly and allows companies to get in front of providers who do not have accounts with G2 quickly. This pushes your business up the ranks quickly and allows you to better target your ICP on a very popular platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is limited in what it can achieve. Unless you are willing to spend money on its ads there is only so much you can do. To make it work as stated on the tin there is a lot more costs to incur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us identify potential buyers who are currently in the research or buying process. This combined with being able to stand out from our competitors with an upgraded profile means we increase our chances of not only making a ROI on our investment into G2 but also a profit on the channel. As a brand reputation tool it is extremely valuable allowing us to sit on page 1 of search engine traffic in some way on very important keywords.
                        
                            Great platform to strengthen your brand authority!
What do you like best about the product?
I'd say that G2 is the must-have platform for B2B products. Many potential customers use it to check the reviews on the products and compare them with other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great for brand strength, but it doesn't bring new customers. It's more of a validation platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is solving for us a problem of social proof. Our potential customers can visit our G2 profile and read the unbiased reviews on our product to make a purchase decision.
                        
                            Intent data & real Awards
What do you like best about the product?
Two things that I have really enjoyed from G2s: intent data direct to your sales navigator and the awards. People really see you different when you add those awards front and center.
What do you dislike about the product?
With it came with bombora as part of the intent service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are venturing into a different category, and it has been really helpful to see those interested in our product.

You will know which category page is getting the most traffic and Buyer Intent helps you identify high intent leads.

I don't think there are any downsides of Using G2

                            Great platform for elevating one's brand
What do you like best about the product?
G2's solutions help capture market interest and contribute towards our brand awareness efforts as we've leveled up in rankings. The platform is dependable but does come with its own set of limitations. While the support and product team have always been helpful, there have been times when some things have felt a bit inflexible on the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the visitor intent data available on our plan (basic plan) is useful, the quality of these prospects is often questionable. We don't have the buyer intent data on our plan which gives deeper insights. What I am referring to is the "Track your prospects" feature which is a toned down version of the Buyer intent data.

A must have tool for all companies!
What do you like best about the product?
G2 marketing solutions has been a lot of help in getting brand visbility & awareness. Earning those badges based on the customer reviews serve as a great social proof, helping in decision making for the buyers & people interested. The dashboard is very clean & user-friendly. The integrations are also very easy to use & handy. The customer support team has been very prompt & helpful in solving for any queries & issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, all good only for now but if we could have more customisations possible in templatizing the review campaigns, that can be of a lot of help. Apart from this all good & positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has been very well performing for us in terms of brand visibility & getting our name out in the tech market. The reviews have been trusted by the community & the marketplace. The buyer intent has been very helpful for us in terms of getting the higher quality leads & potentially interested people to our website. This has aided benefits for the sales team overall. Getting validation from a third party like G2 so very well known in th market helps us in getting the credibility & trust of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to look at the customer feedback and reviews that helps us to understand what our customers like and dont like about our products. This is given as a feedback to our internal teams and helps us to improve. The customer support provided is excellent. G2 also offers other things apart from peer reviews like Buyer Intent which helps to identify accounts that are researching for us or tools similar to ours.

Nothing major to dislike. The toold does what it promises however I wish the reporting was a bit more detailed

Buyer Intent is helping to find accounts that could be in market to buy. Apart from that it also helps to showcase your product profile with a lot of details. The reports and badges are useful in our marketing material and website.

Most of the marketing documents need license to use and that comes with a content subscription aprat from the platform subscription.

Clear, detailed and easy to use portal
What do you like best about the product?
G2 offers an all round view for advice, a great go to option when shopping for software. The portal is very user friendly and provides you with lots if insight into your review options and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response times from  the teams can be slow when support is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
