A user friendly platform and a great support team
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is very easy to use, the support we get from Anoushka is timely and she provides us all the guidance and information we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to reports and tools change from time to time and it's challenging at times to keep up with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the information from reviews in our marketing collaterals such as socials, emails etc and on our website
A must for every B2B product
What do you like best about the product?
It validates your B2B product in a way that makes it an essential part of the decision-making process for any B2B client. We have heard from our pipeline customers how they visited our page and if they want any feature they liked on there to be a part of their contract. So in my opinion, a B2B products' marketing and branding team must get their product claimed and registered on G2. The best part is, its easy to use and navigate for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, they keep bringing new features and improving the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's adding to our product's marketing and branding efforts and is a great way for potential clients to know more about us through a trusted source.

What do you like best about the product?
I have made a use case for G2 in all my companies, and the best thing is that it justifies its ROI. G2 reviews and the matrix help us with branding. The incoming traffic and leads help us with Demand Generation. In almost all companies, I've had a customer close from a G2 lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The starting price for a G2 bundled solution is pretty steep. You get a lot of internal pushback to delay this purchase. It would help to introduce discounted startup pricing for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a early stage startup, brand drives everything and G2 profile and reviews help create that brand. Having the solution helps to run review campaigns structurally. As you start seeing traffic with reviews, they start translating in to leads.

Ability to easily collect reviews and use them as social proof. Setting up review campaigns and tracking them is a breeze.

Changing the product title/name requires you to reach out to the support team as it is not supported from UI

G2 has been instrumental in showcasing our software's strengths and building social proof. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, with straightforward features. Their customer service team is responsive and supportive, always quick to provide helpful guidance. Being on G2 has positively impacted our visibility, as many prospects trust the reviews and badges when making purchasing decisions. It’s reassuring to know we’re meeting our audience where they’re already looking for insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
While G2 is an excellent tool overall, there are some points of confusion regarding how badges are awarded and what specifically drives them. More transparency in this area would be beneficial. Additionally, despite offering incentives, it can be challenging to get customers to complete reviews—a hurdle that can limit the full potential of the platform’s benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best looking platform for user reviews, is laid out really well. Easy to tell where you landed in the different grids and reports.
Support has been on and off from the team, but whenever I chat with someone they are knowledgable and help me understand certain features.
It does feel like reviews that come in are neutral.

It feels a little bit pay to play. It can be a little easy to tell the vendors that spend money on the marketing package versus those that do not.
They offer different plan options and even the least expensive plan went up in price and feels a tad too expensive for what it is.

While G2 is an effective tool for increasing brand awareness, I’ve found the quality of prospects generated through our partnership to be less impactful than expected.

Supportive team but fewer leads than expected
What do you like best about the product?
The team is very supportive and organized when it comes to helping achieve your objectives on the platform - improving your ranking and driving new reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they overpromise when it comes to lead gen - we've increased the number of our reviews by at least 4x and are among the top ranked platforms in our field but still have not seen a lot of new leads come in. That's been disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn't solved our core problem yet - generating new leads and driving different perceptions about our technology.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 has been an excellent tool for gathering unbiased and honest feedback from our clients! My team has been working with G2 for several years and it has been very easy to use, and invaluable for our marketing and customer experience + support teams.
We are just starting to revamp our strategy for the new year and G2 has been very helpful and working with us to guide our plans. Our reps have gone out of their way to meet with us on a regular basis as and I very much appreciate that!

Not really a dislike or a negative, but often times I feel a bit overwhelmed with all of the modules and options for our company profile page!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is always seeking customer feedback so we can remain customer focused, and address any issues as soon as we can. G2 allows us to easily get that information while targeting our actual customer base.
