Strengthen your brand and drive inbound leads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use marketing solution tool with great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
More transparency and categories can be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get visibility and credibility on a global scale and ultimately generate more inbound leads.
Much higher ROI compared to Analyst Relations
What do you like best about the product?
After the first few reviews, we started to receive valuable marketing materials. We used them heavily on Social, especially LinkedIn and could gain significant engagement from our target group. I particularly like how G2 staff is engaging with such social content, which helps spread the word even further.
We decided to use G2 instead of building expensive analyst relationships, which paid off very quickly, especially if one has a solid social team that creatively utilises content.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface quite complicated, and I am constantly searching for where to find things. So the front-end is excellent, but the back-end needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting and sharing honest and authentic reviews. Something that generates more trust compared to self-written case studies.
Great for buyer intent and industry rankings
What do you like best about the product?
The buyer intent is definitely the most important part for us, and access to marketing assets such as badges and industry grids.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The business plans and prices can be a bit complex in the beginning, but the customer success team is great at explaining and follow up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raise brand awaraness and generate more high quality leads that are converting into SQLs
G2 is the #1 review platform
What do you like best about the product?
G2 will help set up notifications for our sales teams based on intent of users researching our categories. It also runs review emails which is one less thing our customer marketing team needs to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The G2 score allows for ties, so there can be multiple 1st place positions. This makes it difficult to create a marketing strategy around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are not many other peer review platforms that also offer intent data. Seeing as G2 is the biggest, it provides a ton of valuable information to our sales team and marketing departments.
Great product, great support!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface. The G2 badges are great for marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, it's quite expensive. The buyer intent data is US focused
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verified trust proof points from candidates and customers
Well-recognized review platform
What do you like best about the product?
The G2 badges are well-recognized, so it's nice to use them in our communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really think of any right now :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it's more of a nice-to-have for us rather than solving actual problems. That being said, the buyer intent is pretty nice
A Reliable tool for customers
What do you like best about the product?
An easy platform that enables getting reliable feedback from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gathering reviews every quarter (3 months) is sometimes exhausting. Reducing the frequency is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reputation of a lead company
G2 played a key role in our GTM
What do you like best about the product?
The review program is well thought and the possibility to share reviews in various marketing channels is great. Customer success has been really helpful at G2 - special thanks for Mark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complete lack of success metrics on whether G2 has helped us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 provides social proof for us.
A surprisingly powerful platform for user advocacy and competitive analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Managers are always friendly and helpful, and help us to make the most of the software and services that are available to us through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of the platform is surprisingly powerful, but the tools that it provides aren't yet integrated, which means that the information is currently siloed in different areas of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising and automating the continual collection and analysis of user advocacy and competitor comparison enables more informed decision-making and more decisive actions.
The best way to get feedback (and social proof)
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture customer feedback and turn it into powerful social proof. G2 is where I learn more about software products, and as a marketer, I can't afford not to be leveraging the power of G2 for our company. The team does an excellent job of positioning G2 as the market leader and attracting, educating and inspiring millions of "software shoppers".
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes for a review to be moderated can be weeks (lately).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use G2 to collect customer feedback and turn it into powerful social proof.
