I love G2 and consider it the most reliable platform for customer reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest plus for us has been using reviews to help prospective buyers understand how we have helped existing customers in similar ways. Being able to show our strengths vs competitors on a macro and micro level also helps. The G2 team is also very helpful in educating us on best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. G2 is always expanding ways to collect and leverage reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 provides a place for us to easily use feedback from our customers to show buyers how our platform differs compared to both our competitors and the status quo. In this day and age it's it's hard for people to trust your brand just based on what your website and social media says. It's about what your customers are saying about you.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since we started using G2 (and built our company page) we started receiving many new leads from all around the world. The great advantage of G2 is the indexing of its categories on Google. That means that whenever someone searches "The Best Privacy Software for Businesses", they will get to Mine PrivacyOps pretty quickly. In addition, the seasonal badges and awards are great for our brand trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive, but what can you do! The value is insane here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Review collection (we don't use any other software/hub to gather our B2B reviews)

Beating your competition

What do you like best about the product?
First and most important are the team that is assigned to the project with you. We were lucky to have the best team Mark and Henry are doing amazing work with us. They also go deeper into our employees, teaching them the importance of reviews. The result was not late to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TTV is longer than expected. We are investing in this project cross-company effort (worth it, of course), but we were not ready to make sure huge investments at first now we want to invest more than we first started. The system works !!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product is very unique but at the same time can fall into the wrong competition and G2 helps our audience to see the different ways our product works for them, so we are able to increase our traffic to our website drastically.

Great customer success team and useful insights

What do you like best about the product?
G2's customer success team is excellent; they're always coming up with new ways to share our badges and promote our profile. You can add a wide variety of content to your profile and there are a number of useful integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The category we're in can sometimes feels a bit broad or unaudited, meaning sometimes our G2 competitors aren't always our actual competitors. This means our insights, at times, can be irrelevant. As a consumer, I think the layout is good, but if you're logged in as a product admin, I think it can be tricky to navigate and doesn't have a very easy-to-understand layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions is increasing our online presence, enabling us to connect to happy customers, helping us understand what else our clients require from our solution and what needs improving, and lastly, we're able to direct our prospects that are in the decision phase to our profile through social media and email.

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing how many useful features the G2 platform has. Most of them you can easily use in a few clicks. Well-thought-through and organized information and step-by-step manuals make it easy to navigate the platform by yourself. And tones of case studies and examples shared by the team in comprehensive guides make it easier to navigate through the variety of ways you can use G2.

But the most important is the G2 team working with you. They are professionals that help you to get the maximum from your experience. In some way, it feels like you reinforced your own team with new members who generate ideas of what else could be done to improve your marketing results and even do part of your job (like outreach and so on). Fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really.

In the beginning, it's a bit confusing to understand what's exactly included in each plan if you're unfamiliar with the names of the platform's features (as there're many of them). It's not a disadvantage, as your managers will eventually walk you through them. But I would recommend that all who think about using G2 on a pro level invest a bit of their time learning what's in the admin panel to ensure better understanding from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our two main goals were the work on raising brand awareness and increasing social proof. G2 badges and a rating system based on reviews are the perfect tools for both.

The best way to build trust and understand customer feedback

What do you like best about the product?
There's a wealth of data available to use, from reports to widgets. I like that you can't buy the top spot; you have to earn it with reviews. Which is tough for smaller companies like us, but our Customer Success and Relationship Managers are super helpful as they support us to build our presence.

Our CSM (Lucy) is brilliant. She's super responsive and is always helping us to make the most of our profile and paid solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SSO process has been a little flaky, but this is something that doesn't affect our day-to-day use. And there's no native integration into MSFT Dynamics which means we're using spredsheets instead of just pushing buyer intent data there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions is helping us to build our market presence and gather honest feedback from our customers to help us improve our Talent Developemtn suite.
