Excellent support and care from the G2 team
What do you like best about the product?
For me as good as the platform is for helping us showcase our product, it's the wrap-around support and care that really helps G2 to shine. Our account team are super supportive and the monthly call really allows us to get the most out of the platform.
For the platform itself, most things are super simple and intuitive which makes getting to grips with it quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Beyond a few minor UI tweaks here and there (which are quite subjective) there isn't anything really I'd use the word dislike for. It's be great to be able to have a bit of a trial of some of the more advanced features looked away behind a license upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is really helping us in two key areas: brand familiarity and lead gen.
As a relatively new entrant to an ever-growing market, G2 allows people who are looking for a solution like us, to learn about us. Even if we're not a top-of-mind solution (yet), we get included in a lot more conversations than we perhaps otherwise would.

Great platform and an even better team!
What do you like best about the product?
Being the largest tech marketplace, it gives a unique opportunity to find the software you require for specific needs, plus the trust that it will measure to expectations thanks to the unbaised and authentic reviews left by real users. On the other side, working with G2 to list our company within their different categories, build trust in the community and showcase our unique product has been a very rewarding experience. Their team is always on top of everything and is ready to help in anything that might come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, we are currently developing our project, and everyone has been very responsive. Even when, from our side, there have been some doubts about how to leverage our presence, the G2 team has been there in every step to demonstrate the value and how we can profit from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of launching our product internationally; G2 is helping us to touch ground in different regions and build trust within the international community. Thanks to various action plans, trainings, reviews, marketing assets, etc., we are able to 1. engage with our current community and clients while building our reviews and, in the process, learn what has been benefiting them from working with us and what we need to improve, 2. raise awareness of who we are, what we have to offer and our value in such a big audience, 3. differentiate ourselves from our competition and how our offer might be better depending on specific needs and 4. boosting confidence that we are a professional and dedicated company working to improve HR all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
They explained everything to us, clearly showed us. When we didn't understand something, we went back to it and it was explained to us again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this service expensive for small businesses. It would be nice to be able to try the G2 for a few days for free with all the features. Sometimes I find G2 confusing and I have to search for things in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on improving our juno.one profile. Thanks to the marketing meeting, we discovered new functions in G2.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that the marketing solutions offer so many different ways to showcase your success - badges, widgets, so many ways, all covered by the badge of trust of the G2 brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a shame that the premium membership price is quite steep for smaller companies that could also greatly benefit from the marketing tools. Even we had to give it a second and third thought before proceeding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great that the marketing solutions help users put their product in perspective compared to the competition. It's a great help to see where you stand and know exactly what you need to do in order to improve your ranking - also with the kind help of the G2 team.
Great advice and communication that delivers results
What do you like best about the product?
Lucy and Ben are very efficient. They always provide us with accurate and up-to-date intel that helps us ensure we are on the right track for our own G2 reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the review criteria can be a bit confusing in how it's displayed in the grid standings and results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows customers from each solution to be able to leave open and honest reviews, giving us the power to know what we are doing well and where we need to improve. It also helps with our market visibility and presence.
The one and the only review site!
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success managers Henry and Mark are constantly helping us get the most out of the platform and improving our profile. It's a very trusted source and helps us buildning creditability in our community. We also find the buyer intent data very useful as well as the integrations with LinkedIn and HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are no specific badges for each category eg. if you are a leader in multiple categories you still just get one badge. Nothing else that I can think about :)

G2 has helped us to become a bigger player in our industry and empowers our future customers to feel more confident in their buying process. We can also see a direct impact on website visitors and demo requests.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team have helped my company, Kluster.com , to maximise the value from G2 Marketing Solutions. Edan and Clare have been attentive and helped me with everything from the basics of how to navigate the platform to tips on encouraging our customers to leave reviews. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use and has all of the resources that we need right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I would like to see is a breakdown of how G2 scores and ranks the solutions on the platform. I understand, however, that this might lead to some people exploiting the system and so it not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my company, Kluster.com, to get more reviews from happy customers that are seeing the value of our product. Ultimately, this is helping us rank up on G2 itself which comes with an array of benefits, such as the quarterly badges which we display on our website & marketing material.

I'm quiet happy with the tool. What is missing is that we don't have the buying stage of the companies in the detailed CSV.

G2 Marketing Solutions is giving our company more visibility and insightful information for our sales team.
Great marketing solution to engage with customers and help prospects on their research journey
What do you like best about the product?
With G2, you get access to a leader grid and reviews that can be integrated across all marketing content from the website to paid social etc. It's an excellent platform to help increase credibility with prospects, increase engagement and build relationships with current clients. The customer support team is fantastic. Lucy and Pramila are always there to help support, brainstorm and develop ideas. In addition, they bring a positive vibe to every meeting, and their response time is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike - it would be beneficial to have more visual versions of the G2 content for our marketing

Linking the voice of the customer with the prospects. It helps us increase our credibility, give a better understanding of what we are about and build stronger relationships

Running reviews campaigns is easy, and the account management team is always on top of it and willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep, especially for the intent data. While the data is excellent, there isn't the full functionality in the platform or integrations to make it easy to make the most of it.

G2 helps us gather social proof from actual customers when case studies are hard to get. The Intent data also helps with our sales prospecting, making sure we're targeting companies that are actually looking to buy.
