Excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Intent Data is super useful for prioritizing accounts and Badges are also quite cool to use in our website (they also create the script to create the landing page) and in our stands when we go to conferences. Also, the Customer Success Team is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find something very negative but sometimes it's difficult to find what you are looking for on the platform because there are too many features (but I guess for someone else this could be very positive).

It helps me understand better which accounts are more relevant to us

What do you like best about the product?
I love that G2 provides clear visibility into how we compare to competitors and the valuable feedback we receive from customers. This feedback is crucial as it helps us continuously improve our solution and elevate it to the next level. Additionally, the scores and badges we earn enhance our ability to present our solution more effectively to prospects. There are many options available, which can be overwhelming at times, but the upside is the excellent customer support from G2. In our case, Jade and Mark have been incredibly helpful, offering practical advice and tips to help us maximize the platform's potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu feels a bit clunky, and it’s not always intuitive or quick to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 provides us with valuable third-party validation of how our platform is perceived and the value it delivers to our customers. This external proof strengthens our credibility and helps us build trust with prospects and existing clients.

The feature comparisons and integration details are especially valuable, making it easy to pick tools that work well with existing systems. Overall, G2 is a go-to for quick, trustworthy software recommendations. The frequency of fresh reviews is impressive, and the regular updates help keep the platform relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find a bit challenging about G2.com is that while there are so many reviews, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to sift through them all, especially when looking for insights on specific use cases. Additionally, some reviews tend to be quite short, making it harder to get a full picture of the product’s strengths and weaknesses. However, the extensive content still makes it a valuable resource overall!

G2.com really helps solve the problem of figuring out which software tools actually work in real-world situations, especially with so many options out there. With all the verified reviews, it’s easier to get a real feel for a product's pros and cons based on other users' experiences, not just sales pitches. For me, it makes finding the right software much quicker and more straightforward, and sometimes I even discover new tools I hadn’t considered.

G2 surprised me. The site is legit and you can post honest reviews about other applications and software which is an advantage for people like me that wants an insight of what the application/site is like before installing

I enjoy the ease of use and straigh fowardness of G2. Customer support team also has a fats turn around time in answering any emails or questions you might have.

Sometimes I do get too many marketing emails from G2, but I understand the intentions behind it.

I think AI control to make sure reviews are true since it's easier now to game reviews but I feel G2 has the right controls in places
