What do you like best about the product?
The trustworthy reviews are the thing I like most about G2.com. It helps me explore alternative software and easy-to-use navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any, it is easy to use and chat support is good.

Deciding what is best and what is offering you more comparison.

It is most valuable platform for all business providers and services so we can know more about that product through review.

Some time I faced late response from G2 services.

It solved the problem lot of about the product features can know user about it.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great community where people from various domains share their insights on how the tool has helped their business and even how it has not helped at times. G2 also helps our marketing team get insights on how many people search for tools related/similar to our tool, which enables us to engage in account based marketing. Our Sales team use G2 frequently to get accounts to engage with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to G2 in my opinion. It has always help us rate different tools in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives us clarity on the pros and cons of different tools and enables us to rightly choose a tool which can fit our requirements and expectations based on the reviews.
G2 Helps My Clients Get More Visibility in their Business Categories
What do you like best about the product?
I really like all of the free features, and how reviews lead the way. I'm also a big fan of Eric VandenBerg on the G2 team, he was so helpful as I got started out, and helped me drive more and more value. Easy setup of the profile(s), easy improvement of profiles, and something that can continually be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about G2 at this point!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping my client get more visibility in a category where there are some giants. It's great to have a place we can showcase their products, right next to the large companies that can be difficult to compete with. It also helps to give prospects of my clients products a better understanding of the product, quickly.
Helps define your GTM!
What do you like best about the product?
G2 Market Intelligence has helped us in evaluating who are the top players in our category, how we compare with them, in which areas we are better compared to our competitors, etc. It also gave us an idea of what our Go-To-Market strategy should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to this id its pricing. It's not catered to startups, especially in other regions apart from the North America. Only established product based companies can afford such a huge pricing and get ROI out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to see how we differentiate ourselves from our competitors, where we stand in the G2 grid, find out who are our right prospects and accordingly engage our GTM efforts.

The kind of Information Overload that G2 have is tremendous.G2.com provides a centralized platform where users can find comprehensive reviews and comparisons, simplifying the decision-making process.It also benefitted me in Finding trustworthy reviews and recommendations can be challenging, especially with paid endorsements and biased opinions. G2.com offers authentic user-generated reviews, enhancing trust and credibility in the software purchasing process.I think the kind of Transparency that G2 have is awesome.

Nothing so far because I haven't faced any issues with G2.

Fabulous support from knowledgeable teams, but still disappointed with grid
What do you like best about the product?
The two folks I work with (Julianna and Olivia) are fabulous. They take the time to listen and help me to make the most out of our G2 subscription. They provide thorough follow up and spend time on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that categories and grid placements work make it tough for solutions with smaller user bases to make a fair showing. Our automation enables extremely small teams to handle work that would require much more headcount. As a result, we have only a couple users for each of our customers. In this way, we can't compete with some of the other products in our category that have many many more users per customer.

Having a G2 profile gives legitimacy and the ability to showcase reviews is valuable.
