Good software, great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer service and all the tools G2 offers to incentivse reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the category definitions do not seem fair. For example, we have a company who is not really a competitor in our same category and is challenginig our leadership position despite not deserving to be in the same cateogry. I am not a fan of the backend interface, which feels quite old and not updated.

It helps us manage the online reputation of our software.

Support is great, low price points gives us quick placements on our competitors profiles

There seems to be very low impact or traction on G2 in terms of leads and clicks to our website

When we spoke to our customers before signing up with G2, it confirmed our thought process that many prospects don't only use a review site like G2 for finding new vendors. But also for reviewing the vendors they speak to.

Easy to setup and implement, with a great support and account team wrapped around solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Good opportunities for your business. The cost remains in question, but you really will have a lot of options here
What do you dislike about the product?
You can make good use of this section, but be careful of what you get in return. It can all be pretty good, but if you need help from the managers, they will be with you about half the time. We have a great manager, but he really avoids the tough questions. The processes are geared towards sales, not support.

Provide expertise from their professionals, giving you the ability to rely on the knowledge of the team
