What do you like best about the product?
I love the quarterly reports, badges, and grids on G2.com because they showcase how our customers feel about us and provide proof of value from a reliable source. We use these reports and badges on social media and our website, which is helpful for promoting our quarterly awards. The grids are particularly crucial for our outbound sales efforts and are something our customers highly value. Additionally, the initial setup of G2.com was incredibly easy and quick.

I question how valuable it is with LLMs and also how other brands can actually place ads on my profile if I am not advertising on G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a variety of options to achieve the goals each product or service strives for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent run into any downside yet. I am always on the look out for what an app or a service can do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the issue of having to find the best provider. We often need didnt products to keep track of billing or providers.

I like that the signals on G2.com are easy to analyze, which helps me to assess competitive dynamics effectively. The support team is very cooperative, adding to the positive experience. I also find the bottom of the funnel signals, like looking at profiles and pricing, and the new competitive signals to be valuable, as they help me position my product better. The initial setup of G2.com was also pretty easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in finding genuine reviews of customers. Buyer Intent is also one of the best ways to finding companies that are actively looking out for solutions in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incentive reviews, where companies who focuses more on reviews get better ratings rather than genuine reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer Intent Solutions is one of the best also CPC is really good, tested in the past. But right LLMs are giving lot more weightage to G2 and other platforms for ratings.

I appreciate customer support and account managers who are always trying to help me get the most from the tool. They showcase the latest product features, identify where there's room for improvement, and quickly solve issues if I run into things. I really like that I don't have to go digging for information, as they surface relevant insights for me.

Sometimes I tried to edit things myself on the platform but ran into issues which the customer support fixed on the back end. So sometimes the platform is a bit hard to navigate as there's so many different areas to it.

What do you like best about the product?
I use G2.com to grow our customer reviews and voice, which helps us reach our wide customer base to leave honest reviews on our solutions and aid others in making purchase decisions. I like that G2 makes it easy for our customers to leave their reviews and allows us to incentivize this with gift cards, which significantly boosts our response rate. Additionally, setting up the profiles was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new change to the gift card funding process is not intuitive and seems a step backwards. I think it was better the way it was before when you added a specific amount of funds in bulk with a card and spread this across the campaigns.
