Terrible website
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing is to like a out G2 it is very user unfriendly
What do you dislike about the product?
You write a review, it doesn't upload, you resubmit it, it has been days, still hasn't uploaded. I search the site for the help center. I go around in circles to little avail, still no help or live representative to contact.

I liked more on the review part where there will presised and structured way where we can decide to buy a product or a service and the using of the website is also easy and the deals which help with buying the service or product from third-party.

G2 is an essential tool for Procurement teams
What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions is an essential tool for Procurement Organization when we meet with Operation teams to strategize about upcoming renewals/potential new software/hardware we plan to acquire. G2 gives an accurate competitive picture of potential solutions, and is a great first step to determine alternative solutions that our Operations team should explore. We found that information on competitors is very accurate. As a procurement leader of 10+, I have successfully used G2 as a one-stop shop to determine vendors that could best solve a particular software or hardware challenge.

Nothing comes to mind. I really appreciate this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
There are very reliable reviews and it has allowed me to efficiently choose the software that I use in my company, and I have also given my opinions on its use. The community is very active and helps a lot when it comes to understanding software needs or trends.

The only problem that has happened to me is that some revisions have been difficult to approve, I have had to take screenshots up to 5 times.
