Great platform to share opinion and feedback about the software i use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the survey is structured into four sections and you can track the progress at the top of the page. Also, the questions are clear and relevant. Most of all getting rewarded for the time spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful to have a cash reward option as well. It can be via PayPal or electronic bank transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share my experience about the software I use, suggest recommendations, and ultimately be a part of its improvement process. And still getting rewarded for my time.

It's easy to understand as well as find the cloud products to review them,
Can re-sibmit the review of found any other important clause or issue found that might be needed to put in review,
Reviewing takes less time as already questions are Target based,

There should be an alternative of the cloud softwares in the market listed , should be kept as an option here too.

If I say about problems G2.com solving in today's reviewing system,

2. Reviews of ours goes by internal checking by G2.com hence more authentic and secure, no spam,
3. Easy to find reviews after getting approved,
4. Best part as a thank you feel for the reviewer, sometimes also give prize money .

What do you like best about the product?
the most beneficial thing is that it provode the organic review or feedbacks from the user using the application.they also tell us the cons for the application before the other use they can get every knowledge about the software.

In my personal opinion, Comparison of software products can be made better

The problem in hand is to get to know the products use case/senarios which is not easily available. There are platforms where we can get the information but it is limited. That's where G2 is helpful in providing user reviews which helps in evaluating the product use case and to decide whether the product is the right fot for our organisation or not.

The way the surveys are conducted is really good and offers concrete added value.

I don't have any major criticisms at the moment. Working with the query interface works well.
