By hosting thousands of verified user reviews across hundreds of product categories, G2.com allows users to compare products side by side and read firsthand experiences from other professionals. This helps businesses and individuals make informed purchasing decisions based on authentic feedback from peers. Additionally, G2.com provides intent data to vendors, driving reviews and helping them understand what works and what could be improved in their product.

It is gelpful to compare the softwares and applications. Also we can find the alternatives for the same on G2.

The review system is little bit more deep, it takes more time to write the reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it has been to implement G2 Marketing Solutions. They have built a strong partner ecosystem. Once integrated with our platforms we are able to take quick action on the data and insights. We utiilzie the data on the marketing and sales side.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd like to update is the creation of filters of data coming into MAP/CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting in front of buyers that we wouldn't have known about with the buyer intent data. The data enables us to get our brand in front of the buyers who are in market. We utulize a lot fo topic based intent data solutions but this is our go to bottom of funnel intent data.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the platform on a daily basis and I want to say that it is very easy to use and you can find all the important/necessary information in one place. G2 Marketing Solutions offers full funnel information that is easy to understand: you have info about reviews generated and you can then see how all this user generated content helps your product be positionned in G2 reports. User generated content can be easily integrated in marketing efforts and help you progress deals.

Useful Marketing Tools for Targeted Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
We focus on generating reviews with G2 and it's a great added benefit to sync their marketing tools with our own marketing stack. We're able to identify the audiences that are most interested in our products - what industries / roles / geographies are searching for our company and products with G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend has a lot of details and is not always intuitive.

It's allowing us to monitor and showcase our product reviews through a third party. G2 allows us to highlight customer experiences so that prospects and have more insights while making decisions
One of the best software review platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have reviewed and given feedback on a lot of software on different platforms. By far G2.com provides a complete experience. The sections are well laid out and easy to use. The platform is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moderation time is longer and hence rewriting upon rejection may be delayed.
