It's cost effective methodologies and ability to connect with many different cloud and data center providers

Connecting our physical data centers to Azure cloud
The Megaport service is stable and higly flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Megaport is how fast and flexible it is to deploy new connections. We can spin up virtual cross connects to different cloud providers or partners within minutes, instead of waiting weeks for traditional circuit provisioning. The portal is intuitive and allows us to manage multiple VXCs across regions easily, and the support team is responsive when we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the cost of long-distance intercontinental transports, which can be relatively high compared to traditional carriers. However, I understand that their service is mainly designed for flexible and fast interconnections rather than dedicated long-haul transport, so this is not really a limitation but rather a consideration when designing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Megaport interconnection services to deliver solutions to our customers. We use their Cloud Ramp Virtual Circuit product, which has significantly improved our data center connectivity services. The agility and simplicity of provisioning connections to multiple cloud providers or partners through their platform add great value to our operations.

missing a liitle bit more proactivity in recognizing client needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Express route towards MS Azure, and benefits are multiple. Extremly fast in establishing the solution, which benefited in achiving the clients goals, whereas no oder competitor could have done that in the given time frame.

Megaport drastically simplifies and accelerates multi-cloud connectivity. The ability to spin up virtual cross-connects in seconds/mins, rather than waiting days or weeks for traditional provisioning.

Having more real-time analytics or visibility into traffic and latency would make monitoring easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Megaport is solving the complexity and delays associated with traditional network provisioning and multi-cloud connectivity. This has significantly improved our agility, reduced costs, and allowed us to scale infrastructure quickly across cloud environments like AWS & Azure. It's especially valuable for hybrid cloud and disaster recovery setups where fast, flexible connectivity is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are after an internet link which is Cost effective, easy to install yet reliable, Megaport is your answer. Their chat support is very skilled and prompt, easy billing and quick turnaround.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes with the Megaport services.

Megaport is enabling our Cloud environments to easily communicate with our company MPLS Network.
We are able to see the link status 24/7 and received excellent assistance to setup the alerts if the links were to go down.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Megaport as our cloud connectivity broker, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to establish secure, high-performance connections to both SaaS and cloud providers in just a few clicks. It has significantly streamlined our network architecture and improved our agility. I’d highly recommend Megaport to any team looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution for cloud interconnectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lock-in contracts around Virtual Cross Connects (VXCs) can be limiting. The inability to easily scale VXCs up or down without being tied to fixed terms reduces flexibility, especially for dynamic workloads or short-term projects. More scalable, usage-based options would make the platform even more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud and SaaS connectivity.
