Customization friendly and easy to implement and integrate with third party applications.

Product upgrade sometimes feels challenging without a single upgrade tool, especially for customized code.

Newgen Product suits are good and full fill business requirements.

Product suits is suitable for the business requirement also we can do customisation as per use cases

Nothing as everything is good and as per expectation

Customer-scanned document storage and retrieval using API call
Having 20yrs of experience out of which 8 years with using Newgen various products
What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy tool to handle your volumnous txns in a much simplified way , easily define and design the workflow and can be reach out to nth level of the organisation for easy tracking and auditing , most important part of platform is ease of use and Low Code or No Code , Digital performs excellent for us and helps speed up time from coding to delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation of the product and Primary support is managed from offshore and there are less on the ground resources which took a bit time to close the teathing observation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps the streamling of the various business requirements by designing and defining the workflow for various verticals of the organisation, which gives them them the boost to launch the products, early go to market and customised solutions and early adoption of the products.

It takes time to adapt to new processes as proper IT skills are needed to evaluate continuously.

The organization was looking for a cloud-based solution that would help reduce costs and provide security. NewgenONE does all that we need. Also, its low-code feature is an added advantage.

Newgen team needs to improve the quality. While using the Omni Doc sometimes, we get errors.
