It consolidates the information and resources into a single platform and reduces data overlapping. It improves efficiency in analyzing data.

Should enhance the user experience such as UI, and background automation.

It brings a number of benefits, such as increased efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration between team members, better decision-making by providing better access to data and analytics, and improved data security.

NewgenOne is great for ECM
What do you like best about the product?
1. The way it manages Enterprise Content 2. Records Lifecycle Management 3.Integration Capabilities 4. Document centric workflow management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major but User Interface could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that NewgenOne solves for us is document centric workflow automation. Also, it has fast deployment, upgrading and recovering functionalities.

several users have complained that the number of clicks to access the relevant information could be shortened

User-friendly system easy to integrate into sub-system, seamless branch experience with regards to user interface.

Initially configuration and installation of the base product is tedious and complicated

What do you like best about the product?
Managing & classifying the documents is easy; we use it along with the BPM processes'; we archive the documents through it, and it's all good, reliable, manageable and easy to use.
One point worth mentioning is the ability to reach out to any archived item within a few clicks.

Nothing, it's all functioning without issues, and it serves the needs and the requirements as we have been using it for a long time now, and we haven't faced issues.

Archiving and classifying documents at any step of the BPM processes without worrying.
It just associates the archived documents within the work item without many steps or configurations; all are made possible with the tool quickly, which serves the demanding requirements we deal with every day.
