Good Features, unified platform for BPM requirements, Integration capabilities

Still not a stable product, Lots of things are still only on ppt. Less cost effective

We are managing the Procure to Pay cycle in our Shared services on this platform.

Easy to integrate with surrounding systems and simplify AP processes to deliver higher productivity and process efficiency,

The user interface can be improved to make it more intutive and friendly for the user.

We leverage the platform for automation of our Accounts Payable process and Contract Management. Manual data entry has been reduced significantly for the Accounts Payable team and they can easily complete their 3-way, 2-way and 1-way matching for payment processing.

The ability to take in data from various sources - forms, data files, etc - and use the information to populate meta data about the document or request.

Some customizations can be difficult to implement but the Newgen team typically helps by suggesting less difficult alternatives.

We use the platform for our business processes and document storage. The ability to move requests through a workflow based on data is beneficial to make sure all steps are followed. For storage, we use the information to quickly retrieve documents and verify communications for audit purposes.
Product form NEWGEN is Flawless and Easy to use!

Their Product is quite robust and can handle high volumes! We have been using it for over 5 years and experience has been almost smooth

They are moving to a Subscription based fee model, which will make it expensive

What do you like best about the product?
iBPS & DMS Enterprise Process & Document Management platform implemented in the Bank. This platform is used by most of the segment within bank for digital transformation and run various business processes i.e. Account Opening, Trade Remittance, Loan Process, Digital Current Account, Robotic etc. to store scanned copies of documents, leveraging advanced tools for content integration and dynamic case management, eliminating operational redundancies and increasing efficacy.

As Enterprise Process & Document Management platform there is no dislike about the product

As digital transformation platform applications should bel drag and drop functionality very useful to faster solution.

Generally after customisation lot of bug getting reported then product team suggested that these customisation not as per product. Such events should be minimise.
