What do you like best about the product?
After several frustratingly wasted person-hours, we genuinely found ECM's Personalisation in the end-to-end content management and compliance arena helpful. Their Discovering & indexing is on par with the google search index
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of sending a request to the Demo feature. It would have been if they gave us a glimpse of how it works. Because our sales team and content team is tired of sales calls and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spread across global timezones and we need content language be it for email, social media posts, web content, or push content. We needed a single platform to deal with, to manage with. Omnidocs solves the purpose

What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of selections for auxes that fits to the productivity to avoid mistakes in the dropdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
It automatically turns on and off which results in multiple interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Were utilizing Omni for our interactions. It's easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to batch communications and manage your content. It also allows you to make the content interactive. the omni channel and on demand support functions also really allow you to support your customer
What do you dislike about the product?
they are a good alternative to zendesk, but im not entirely convinced they are better. i believe if they had more product development and support, it would push them over the edge

customer service, customer experience, and understanding the customer journey

What do you dislike about the product?
At times the speed becomes very slow and I get very limited support from the technical helpdesk. In many cases, your call also gets disconnected while calling the tech. help desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for storeing my content documents - articles, blogs etc. as it has good storage capacity. It is much easier to search the docs.
It is far easier to create, store, retrieve, and disseminate documents

My technical team uses it for storing their queries & codes to deploy and integrate with other softwares & applications
I also use it for storing the confidential details of my BFSI clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended for our BFSI and healthcare sector to maintain utmost standards of compliance
Ensures business continuity and minimizes compliance & regulatory risk. It is indeed a boon for the companies where compliance is a topmost priority such as: Consulting, auditing, healthcare & BFSI
Highly recommended for the companies that manage high number of contract agreements

Robust content library and storage options without any heirarchy and easy search allows to locate the documents and folders without much hassle

What do you like best about the product?
Omnidocs is pretty good system based on DMS and that particular system allows you to maintain all your document in any format such media file image file or PDF or mail formats so there are no restriction in file format and also it allows you to manage your document using multistructered directory format .they have different kind of API to integrate with open source tool .and one more thing their compression ratio is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one disadvantage is slowness .
System takes more time to uplaod or download the docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working for bank and currently we are using the tool to store all banking realated docs

It is a good tool at affordable pricing
