What do you like best about the product?
What I find most valuable about Hootsuite is how it provides a centralised command center for our entire social media presence. The Planner calendar is a lifesaver for our efficient app campaigns, being able to see exactly when my Instagram and TikTok videos like our Business partnership series are going live helps prevent content gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the scheduling is seamless, I've noticed that the Add Media interface can occasionally be a bit picky about video file formats for TikTok compared to native uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has solved our login feature, by allowing us to manage and schedule post for Instagram and tiktok simultaneously without jumping between apps. It has effectively eliminated the chaos of our old manual posting schedule, as the 1:37 PM and 1:51 PM time slots are now automatically and consistent.

Helpful for managing multiple brand accounts without overcomplicating things

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite in my role as a Social Media Manager and Influencer Marketing Specialist at Barcode Entertainment, where we handle multiple brand accounts at the same time. On a normal day, I’m scheduling posts for different clients, checking comments, and keeping an eye on performance. Hootsuite keeps all of that in one place, which saves me from constantly switching between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me is that there’s no free plan anymore. We sometimes suggest tools to clients so they can test them before fully committing, especially smaller brands or founders managing their own social. Without a trial or free option, it’s harder to say, “Try this out and see if it fits your workflow.” I understand it’s a business decision, but it does make referrals a bit more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Barcode Entertainment, we’re working across influencer campaigns, storytelling-led content, and brand collaborations that go live on tight timelines. Hootsuite helps me stay organized and consistent. I can map out content in advance, adjust when needed, and track performance without scrambling.

What do you like best about the product?
The deck of social platform feeds. Made watching real time content easy. Scheduling content and link shorting was also easy and made for seamless content planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lost its ability to monitor and listen in on certain platforms. Its metrics reporting and keyword search were limited to only one or two social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who likes to constantly be plugged in and have their finger on the pulse of what is happening in the moment on social media. They make this very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the dashboard that puts all my social media streams on one page, combined with the insights snapshot for each platform to improve our visibility of where we stand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the free account is no longer an option is something I dislike as this would make it easier to refer Hootsuite to friends and colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing editorial calendars for my agency's clients involves a lot of moving parts. I love that I can schedule posts across Instagram and TikTok in one window instead of jumping between apps all day. The AI features actually come in handy when I need a quick spark for a caption or some hashtag ideas after a long day of concept presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app feels really limited compared to the desktop version. It doesn’t offer the same functionality, so I often have to switch back to my laptop to get things done. When I’m on the go and can’t finish tasks on my phone, it gets pretty frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Monks, we’re all about digital transformation and staying ahead of the data. Hootsuite helps me centralize everything so I can maintain client relationships without getting lost in the manual posting weeds. It makes pulling those monthly performance reports much faster since all the KPI tracking is already living in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I majorly use Hootsuite for scheduling my posts, and it helps me schedule them in advance for different countries, considering local times. I also appreciate that it suggests the best timings to post to achieve maximum engagement in particular regions. The platform allows me to extract reports and gain valuable analytics, helping me with end-of-year or midyear reporting and understanding which posts perform well. I can schedule posts up to a month in advance, which frees me from routine tasks and allows me to focus on other marketing areas. The initial setup of Hootsuite was quite good, thanks to the onboarding team that helped integrate our social accounts with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tagging functionality needs to be more advanced as I'm not able to tag people who are not in my personal account list. So I think if that can be resolved, then I think Hootsuite would become an ideal platform for any marketer to schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule posts in advance, analyze performance through reports and analytics, and tag people in social posts. It helps me post at optimal times for different countries and focus on other marketing duties while managing content effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I handle a lot of accounts across the EEMEA region, and honestly, having everything in one dashboard keeps me from losing my mind. The calendar view is the thing I rely on most because seeing the week laid out helps me feel like I’m in control of the chaos. I’ve also been using the AI tools for hashtags when my brain feels a bit too crowded from the move to Germany.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel heavy sometimes, and I find myself clicking around way too much just to find a simple metric, which really breaks my focus. And I usually avoid the mobile app too, since it feels clunky and I'd just rather wait until I'm back at my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite basically stops the constant jumping between tabs for NIQ, letting me manage all our Meta and LinkedIn channels from one spot. It solves that messy problem of manual scheduling across different time zones so I can focus on the bigger strategy. I can keep an eye on what people are saying about us through the listening tool, which is vital for global brands.

I would say that what I do not love about Hootsuite is that it can feel a little dated for how fast marketing now moves. The interface prioritizes control and process, which is great at times, but it often comes at the expense of speed, experimentation, and intuitive workflows. Advanced analytics and listening capabilities are locked behind higher pricing tiers, making the platform feel less accessible relative to more agile competitors, which could hinder those with low to no budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solves an issue of social media chaos at scale. As channels multiply, and your audiences fragment more and more, the platform creates a single system of record for social (publishing, engagement, and measurement) all in one place. It eliminates the inefficiency of channel-by-channel management and reduces the risk that comes from ad hoc posting and an inconsistent brand voice.

For me, a benefit is control and accountability. It lets me to align social activity with broader marketing and business objectives by enforcing workflows, approvals, and clear ownership across teams. I gain visibility into what’s being published, how it’s performing, and where resources are actually driving impact.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can set up a number of different accounts, including ours and our clients', to make social media management easier. It just makes life really easy for them and allows us to see everything in real-time for both our company and clients' posts. It's great because it lets us hone in on the timing with its recommendations of best time of day to share posts, and even how things look when they're scheduled to go out. It was easy to set up and leverage the resources. We also appreciate being able to see social media engagement via the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep when we factor in the additional accounts, but my team knows it's valuable for the work we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to see all posts for the month in one repository for all the platforms my team posts to - LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. It is easy to add team members, manage levels of access across profiles, and have real-time visibility and control over posts.
