Hootsuite Makes Social Media Support and Reporting Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Hootsuite is to use—it makes managing multiple social accounts feel simple and organized instead of overwhelming. The interface is clean, and scheduling posts takes just a few clicks. The reporting is another big plus; it gives clear, useful insights that help me understand what’s working and where I can improve, without having to dig through complicated data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest, compared to the previous tool that we had, this meets all our needs. From the easy inbox use to monitor all our channels to the Analytics area for our daily reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy Hootsuite is to use—it makes managing multiple social accounts feel simple and organized. Scheduling posts is quick and straightforward, and the reporting is especially helpful. It provides clear insights that make it easy to see what’s working and where I can improve without getting overwhelmed by data.
Useful, but Expensive and Cluttered—Not the Most Beginner-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I like most about Hootsuite is how simple it makes managing everything. I don’t have to keep jumping between different apps—everything is in one dashboard, which saves me a lot of time and mental energy.
The scheduling feature is probably the biggest win for me. I can plan content ahead of time, stay consistent, and not stress about having to post every single day. The analytics are also genuinely helpful without feeling overly complicated. Overall, it keeps my workflow organized and a lot less messy, especially when I’m handling multiple accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can feel pretty expensive, especially if you’re just starting out or only managing a few small accounts. The free plan is quite limited, so it feels like you’re pushed toward the paid options fairly quickly.
The interface can also come across as a bit cluttered at times. There’s a lot happening on the screen, and it can take a while to get comfortable with where everything is. On top of that, some of the more advanced features—like deeper analytics or team tools—are locked behind the higher-tier plans, which is frustrating. Overall, it’s useful, but it’s not the most beginner-friendly or budget-friendly option.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really helps solve the mess of managing multiple social media accounts. Instead of constantly logging in and out of different platforms, I can keep everything in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort.
For me, the biggest advantage is staying consistent. Being able to schedule posts in advance means I don’t miss days or feel stressed about having to post in real time. It also keeps everything organized—messages, comments, and performance are all easy to track in one spot. Overall, it reduces the chaos and makes social media management feel much more controlled and far less time-consuming.

Hootsuite Saves Us Hours with Easy Multi-Platform Management and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite saves our small team hours of time by letting us manage multiple social media platforms from one dashboard. Also, when the team member responsible for social media is on vacation, Hootsuite lets us schedule posts in advance, which helps us maintain consistent engagement with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve to learn about using all of the various features in Hootsuite, which is why only one team member is trained to use this software. We have also had occasional issues the platform not posting our content. Working out what was happening too some time as their customer service was not as receptive as I'd hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small nonprofit organization, the greatest benefit Hootsuite brings to our team is the staff time it saves when managing the large number of social media accounts we use.

Maybe the layout in which posts are shown on the calendar. There was initial difficulty figuring out how to see the times in which the posts were scheduled for

Efficient Social Media Management with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of managing all my social media accounts in one place with Hootsuite. The scheduling tool is intuitive, which makes it easy to handle posts across multiple platforms. The built-in analytics are great because they make it easy to see what's working without digging through each platform separately. All of this helps me stay consistent, save time, and track performance effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could improve is the pricing, especially for smaller teams or individual users. Some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher tier plans. Also, the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, and certain features take a while to get used to.

I use Hootsuite to schedule and manage posts across multiple social media platforms from one dashboard. It helps me stay consistent, save time, and track performance with built-in analytics. It solves the problem of juggling multiple accounts by bringing everything into one place.
Powerful Scheduling & Analytics, but Pricing and a Cluttered Dashboard Can Hold It Back
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how it brings all my social media platforms into one clean, manageable dashboard. As someone who works with content regularly, being able to schedule posts in advance, monitor engagement, and respond to messages without switching between multiple apps saves me a lot of time and mental energy. I especially appreciate the content calendar view because it helps me plan campaigns more strategically and stay consistent. The analytics section also makes it easier to understand what type of content is actually working, which helps me refine my approach instead of just posting blindly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is that the pricing can feel a bit high, especially for individuals or small teams who are just starting out. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which makes it harder to fully explore the platform without upgrading. At times, the interface can also feel slightly overwhelming when managing multiple streams, and I have noticed occasional delays in loading analytics. While it is a powerful tool, I do feel there is room to make it more intuitive and accessible for smaller users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts separately, which can otherwise become time consuming and chaotic. Instead of logging into each platform individually, I can schedule content, monitor comments and messages, and track performance from one dashboard. This benefits me by saving hours every week, helping me stay consistent with posting, and giving me clear insights into what content performs best. It also reduces the chances of missing important interactions, which is crucial for maintaining engagement and building a strong online presence.
Super Helpful Analytics for Legacy and Current Data Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics section is super helpful to know about legacy data and current data. I use it regularly for reporting purposes and stakeholders find it helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite could improve by enhancing its approval workflows and incorporating more robust project management features. A more integrated system for scheduling, editing, copy development, and multi-level approvals would allow teams to manage everything seamlessly within one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main challenges with relying solely on LinkedIn and other native social platforms is the lack of easily accessible month-on-month performance comparisons—such as follower growth, engagement increases or declines, and overall trends. Hootsuite simplifies this by consolidating all performance data into one dashboard, allowing us to track these metrics instantly and more efficiently.
Makes Posting Faster and More Consistent with an Easy Daily Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
It makes posting easier, quicker and a lot more consistent. We use the daily scheduler every day and the reporting often. It's interface is straightforward to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little slow, sign us out of our profiles and is pushing AI features too much. We don't like to use AI copy or images. We typically just avoid them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making our work faster and efficient and allows us to be consistent across multiple platforms. It's reduced time we have to spend posting on multiple platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only concerns I have is not being able to use the Quick Reply on the APP and that there is no spell check. These are two features that would really benefit me and the way I use this platform.

Inbox management is super important to our business. Seeing all the comments in one location makes everything fast and efficient. That is how I use this platform.
Posting across platforms feels manageable around clinic work
What do you like best about the product?
I share the same health post on a few platforms. Opening each app every time was annoying, so I use Hootsuite for this.. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I regularly share diet tips and clinic updates. With Hootsuite, I write a post once and schedule it for different platforms, which saves time during clinic hours.
I connected my clinic pages and LinkedIn profile and scheduled a few diet awareness posts for the week. I am not from a technical background, so being able to start without any setup help was important for me.
I use Hootsuite a few times in a week, mostly to plan posts for Instagram and LinkedIn and to reply to basic comments. This helps me stay regular with posting even on busy clinic days.
I don’t use every feature, but scheduling posts, seeing comments in one place, and checking basic post performance are the features I actually use. These are enough for my diet and health content work.
It also fits well with the platforms I already use for my clinic and content work, especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I don’t need to switch between different apps to post the same update, so my work flow feels simpler.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget to check one of the connected accounts because everything sits in one place. Also, when I schedule many posts at once, I need to double check the timing so something doesn’t go out at the wrong hour. These are small things, but I learned to be a bit more careful while planning posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this, my posting depended on how busy the clinic was. Some days I would post, some days I wouldn’t, and there was no routine. With Hootsuite, I usually plan a few posts together when I get free time and let them go out on their own. This way my health tips and clinic updates stay regular without me thinking about social media every day. It also saves me time because I don’t have to stop work just to post. I can focus on patients and check social updates later when I get a break.
