The Only Way to Manage Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to manage multiple social accounts from a single platform, and the integration of our approval workflow (two sets of eyes) ensures every post is reviewed before publishing. The reporting tools are excellent—especially when combined with tagging, which allows for deeper analysis by country. Hootsuite has become our go-to tool for day-to-day social media management across a complex mix of brands and geographies. It's easy to use, quick to implement, and the responsive customer support is a real bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major but at times, some accounts disconnect and it creates some work to re-add
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us streamline social media management across multiple brands and regions, which was previously a time-consuming and disjointed process. By centralizing all our social accounts in one place and enabling a clear approval workflow, we’ve improved consistency, compliance, and efficiency in our posting. The ability to tag content and generate detailed reports by country allows us to track performance more effectively and make data-driven decisions. Overall, it saves us time, reduces errors, and helps us deliver more impactful social media campaigns tailored to each market.
Easy to use and makes the job 10x easier~
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to schedule posts all at once. Being able to modify each post under the same schedule through different platforms also makes it easier to cater content based on the site being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the analytics were a bit easier to read
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time during the week and lets me post throughout the week without needing to remember. It also releases content all at the same time which helps with continuity.
HootSuite - the ideal Social Media Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite streamlines our social media planning by providing a single, user-friendly platform. It’s an excellent tool that simplifies organizing and scheduling our content with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only challenge with Hootsuite is that tagging people or companies in LinkedIn posts isn’t as seamless as it is when posting directly on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to plan out our social media posts a month at a time. It organizes all of our content in one easy to use location which makes managing our calendar a lot easier.
Expensive but worthwhile
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that i can manage everything to do with posting AND advertising from one spot. It saves me from needing to constantly navigate between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface could do with a refresh - I find it a little outdated. Hootsuite also leans on the more expensive side of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
like i said, it helps me use multiple features like the advertising and scheduling/post management in a centralised platform as opposed to having to do that manually and individually.
Awesome tool, love the features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the little things that Hootsuite has such as the enhance with owly, recommendations and the tips that you get when using the platform. It makes the experience a lot better and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
hootsuite i find is a bit expensive and i think it would be nice to have it a bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
planning, organising and creating content for social media and being able to do it in one spot rather than multiplessaves me a lot of time.
Learning with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I love it, making learning easier is the best thing possible for someone like me. I've aced most of my tests learning the things I'm taught here
What do you dislike about the product?
More pictures or videos in text courses, something to light up the lessons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My classes need to teach me some things that are not part of our curriculum, so we go here and this program helps us out ALOT
Easy to use planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using hootsuite is really straightforward. The tool is very easy to understand and makes scheduling for multiple social media accounts and channels easy. There are also a lot of other useful features such as the AI recommendations, reminders for events and ideas etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can lean towards the expensive side. I also do get a lot of popups that i always close and would appreciate it if it remembered which ones i closed so that i didn't have to constantly do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a holistic perspective on our social media channels allows me to get a better oversight on what we need to do and how we can improve.
I found Hootsuite very informative on many topics involving how to run social media platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I found the tests and the end of each topic to be one of my favourite Hootsuite features. Testing my knowledge on everything I learned was very helpful in reinforcing previously learned infomormation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel some topics in the courses should be more condensed, as I feel having up to 12 separate topics under one category can be very overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not working for a business and used Hootsuite to learn about the above lessons.

You can not see all the details on Facebook from Hootsuite so still have to respond to both.
